2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only. Employees of TVSN and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Each order of TVSN product/s equals one entry. Packs of multiple products are counted as one item.4. Orders returned under the TVSN '30 Day Money-back Guarantee' lose their status as competition entries. TVSN reserve the right to withhold a prize from a winner if the prize winner's TVSN account is in arrears. It is at the Promoter's discretion whether they award the prize after a portion of the outstanding debt is paid or the entire balance. If the prize is withheld due to an account in arrears and the prize winner does not pay their outstanding debt within 3 months of being drawn as a prize winner, the prize winner forfeits their prize and TVSN will draw another winner as part of an unclaimed prize draw.

6. Competition opens 9:30am January 10 and closes 11.59pm January 31st, 2011. The winner will be drawn on 16th March, 2011 between 5.30 and 6.30pm. The announcement will take place at the TVSN Studio: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.
7. If a prize remains unclaimed, TVSN will conduct a further unclaimed prize draw at 12pm on 21/6/11. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the TVSN marketing office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by mail, phone and published in The Australian newspaper on 24/6/11.
8. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.
9. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
10. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter's opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not:
(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
11. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
12. The winner will be notified by phone, by mail, announced on the TVSN website (
www.tvsn.com.au) and published in The Australian newspaper on 21/3/11.
13. There is 1 prize consisting of two return economy flights to Sydney from their nearest capital city, 2 nights two nights' cabin accommodation, all meals, use of all onboard facilities, 24 hour self service coffee bar, welcome fruit cocktail, guided foreshore walks, nightly entertainment and aboard the MV Captain Cook Explorer in an outside cabin and transfers from Sydney Airport. Taxes, insurance, transport to and from departure point, personal purchases, drinks, fuel surcharge (if applicable), any optional tours and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
14. Prize is valid for travel before 30 November 2011. Prize is subject to booking and flight availability. Winner will be issued with a cruise certificate which is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. Unused cruise certificates cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Passenger Cruise Contract and/ or Conditions of Carriage. If Cruise certificate is undelivered or lost - a non-refundable administration fee of AU$50 per certificate applies to reissue certificates. This certificate is not valued on Special Event Cruises.
15. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. If the winner resides in NSW then the flight component of the prize will not be included and no cash, transfer or exchange will be offered in lieu of that part of the prize. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize.
16. Should the winner wish to divert or extend their journey, they will be responsible for paying all extra expenses and arranging all extra bookings themselves. TVSN will only arrange bookings for the destinations and accommodation as set out in the prize.
17. Prize value is up to $3400. The prize value is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
