Are you & your bestie a divalicious duo? Do you want to be the faces of our BFF Before Boys range?

We're looking for Australia's Fav BFF's to become the faces of the next range of diva accessories! The winning besties will receive an all expenses paid weekend in Sydney and star in a diva photo shoot, as well as enjoy a day of shopping and a year's supply of diva products. Entering is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1.    Visit the diva Facebook page and click the BFF Search tab.
Step 2.    Submit a photo of you and your bestie looking as divalicious as ever!
Step 3.    Get your friends and family to vote for your photo.

Terms & Conditions

This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by The Defectors <Level 3, 145 William St. Darlinghurst, NSW 2010, ABN: 22140475798, +61 2 9993 0450> on behalf of DCK Australia PTY LTD < 11/9-13 Winbourne Rd, Winbourne Estate, Brookvale 2100 Australia. ABN: 40 101 872 888, +61 2 9032 7000> (“the Promoter”).

Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, participants must visit http://www.facebook.com/divafanpage and click on the BFF Search tab, upload a photo and enter their contact details. Participants will be sent a unique URL that they can share with friends on Facebook.

The twenty users who get the most “likes” on their photos will be selected as the finalists (forty finalists in total or twenty pairs of finalists).

Friends must like the diva fan page in order to view and vote on their friends’ photos.

Once selected, each finalist will be required to submit a video no more than two minutes long to The Promoter. The winning pair will be selected by The Promoter based on their photo, video entry and their suitability to represent the diva BFF range.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

   1. The promotion is open to anyone in Australia over the age of 16, except employees and immediate families of diva Accessories and their associated companies and agents. Entries by individuals 16 and 17 years old will need parent permission to move to the finalist stage.
   2. Participants may submit one photo on behalf of their ‘pair.’ There can be only 2 people per photo.
   3. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
   4. The promotion commences at 15:00hrs (AEST) on 17/01/11 and closes at 17:00hrs (AEST) on 14/02/11.The top twenty finalists will be notified by The Promoter on 15/02/11.
   5. Finalists will be required to submit a video to a diva judging panel by 22/02/11 for final judging to take place.
   6. The winning pair will be notified on 25/02/11 and the winners will be announced on diva’s Facebook page on this date.
   7. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
   8. The winners selected from the top twenty will be judged based on originality and suitability to the diva brand. The entry deemed as the best by diva’s judging panel will win the major prize.
   9. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The judges reserve the right to disqualify entries, should the content violate the terms and conditions (e.g. offensive content, under age)
  11. The winners will be contacted by email
  12. Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
  13. Total Prize Pool value will be in excess of $3,000 and is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
      Prize:
          * Winners must be available to attend and take part in a diva photo shoot in Sydney from Friday 04/03/11 (AM) to Sunday 06/03/11 (PM)
          * Return flights to Sydney from a major Australian city (residents outside of major cities will be required to arrange their own transport to a suitable city)
          * All meals and travel costs during the winners’ time in Sydney
          * A “diva experience” for the day, including car transfers, meals and excursions
          * A $1,000 shopping spree at Seduce, Westfield Pitt Street Mall. A $500 voucher will be provided to each winner and cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers are to be used on Seduce branded full price items only, not in conjunction with any other offer. Valid for Four weeks from announcement date to be used in one visit, change money or transfers not applicable. Winner’s details and images may be used or published in Seduce communication and added to the Seduce database. Winners may receive correspondence from Seduce following the promotion. Total prize value is $500 per winner.
          * MasterCard prize: MasterCard will credit each of the winner’s Debit MasterCard Cards with $500 AUD credit. If the winner’s do not hold a valid Debit MasterCard account, MasterCard will then credit their standard account with $500 AUD. The winner’s details will be retained by MasterCard and added to MasterCard’s database. Winner’s may receive correspondence from MasterCard following the promotion. Total prize value is $500 per winner.
          * DMK prize: Prize to be redeemed during the winner’s weekend in Sydney. Prize is not transferrable for cash. Total prize value is $520 per winner.
          * 12 month supply of diva product, to be delivered to the winner each month for a 12 month period commencing 01/03/11 and concluding 28/02/12.
          * The opportunity to write a ‘guest blog post’ for diva’s blog and Facebook pages. This will be subject to editing by The Promoter.
  14. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
  15. By entering the competition and submitting content you authorise that it is your own content and that you are permitted to distribute such content. I also authorise that I have the permission of all individuals in the photo to enter this contest and submit photographs.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to at any time delete any content that in sole judgment violates the terms & conditions or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person.
  17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation.
