* Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
* Entry is open to permanent residents of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, NT or TAS (Australia) and to any international competitors present at the events listed below. Employees of the promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
* To be eligible to enter the competition either;
* Upload your own non-professional video or photo content on to the Bolle website or Facebook fan page during the promotional period and be voted by Facebook fans; or
* Attend one of the nominated events below to be awarded an on the spot prize by the Bolle media crew during the promotional period; or
* Be voted by Facebook fans on the Bolle Facebook fan page on video or photo content taken by the Bolle media crew

* Competitors are eligible to enter all competitions and there is no restriction to the number of videos uploaded per competitor onto the Facebook page. * Video and photo content from specified events generated and uploaded by Bolle must have recorded consent from the competitor. Children under 18 years of age must have parental consent.

Contestants participating in specified events are thereby providing consent and rights for Bolle to use video and photo content from the event that may be uploaded on to the Bolle Facebook site .
* Video and photo content uploaded onto the Bolle micro-site is thereby granting the content property of Bolle. Bolle reserves the right to edit, monitor and withhold any content uploaded onto the micro-site. Bolle may store content for future endeavours and use at leisure without seeking permissions or consent from original source.
* Competitors and audience members present must upload video or photo content onto the Bolle micro-site via the ‘Facebook Video Function’ located at;
www.bolle.com.au/Wildcard.html before May 1st to be legible to win prizes.
* Prizes will be awarded only to the talent or competitor showcasing their ‘trick,’ NOT the producer of the content.
* To vote for your favourite competitor and their ‘trick’ go to
www.bolle.com.au/Wildcard.html select the ‘like’ icon to indicate your preference.
You can vote only once per competitor. Voting poles close on May 1st.
* ‘Wild Card’ Media Crew will be present at events to give (unofficial) sub-category prizes during the event to selected participants.
* The promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity. Verification is at the promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
* The promotion commences November 10th in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, NT, and TAS. Video and photo content entries close at May 1st.
* The winners of the competitions will be announced on a monthly basis via a private message.
* Prizes include:

$1000 cash given to 2 people per month for 4 months ($8k total)
9 on the spot cash prizes of $500 at chosen events ($4500)
