Better Pets and Gardens (BPAG)
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. To be eligible to enter the competition:
• The entrant must go to our website and provide the 3 towns that Gnomeo visited.
3. Entry into the promotion is open to residents of Western Australia only.
4. Employees, suppliers and immediate families of BPAG and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences at
8.00am (Perth time) on Monday 17th January 2011 and ends at 5.00pm on Tuesday 15th February, 2011.
6. How to enter:
• The entrant must go to our website and find the 3 towns that Gnomeo visited and fill in the online form with your answers.
• The entrant must provide their full name, address and phone number to be eligible to enter.
7. Open to metropolitan and regional customers.
8. Prize details:
• 10 winners will be drawn and will receive a family pass (2 adults and 2 children) to see Disney’s Gnomeo and Juliet at a cinema of their choice. The ticket is valid for use any time during the Disney’s Gnomeo and Juliet season.
9. The prize draw will take place at 1/25 Harris Rd, Malaga 6090 on Wednesday 16th February, 2011, at 10am. The public are welcome to attend.
10. The judges’ decision is final; no further correspondence or negotiation will be entered into.
11. The winners will be contacted by phone and announced on the BPAG website no later than Friday 18th February, 2011.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or telecommunication systems, or any other reasons outside of our control.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. The prizes or any unused portion of the prizes, are not exchangeable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize is transferred, it is subject to the transferee being bound by these terms and conditions as they apply to the entrant of the promotion themselves.
16. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter.
