Terms and Conditions:
Ballina Fair ‘I LOVE MY PET’ PHOTO COMPETITION
1. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these conditions of entry.
2. To enter pick up an entry form from the Ballina Fair Centre Management Office or Animal
House. Fill out the information required on the reverse side of the entry form, have it signed
by a parent or guardian (if under 18 years of age) and drop it in to the Ballina Fair Centre
Management.
3. All photos must be originals and not be copyrighted material.
4. Promotion commences 5th January 2011. Entries close at 5:30pm Monday 31st January 2011.
5. Employees of the promoter, Ballina Fair, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Ballina Fair retailers and their staff including Woolworth’s staff are ineligible to enter.
6. There are three prizes to be won in each category. Prizes are a package of Ballina Fair Gift
Cards and Ballina Fair Retailer prizes.
7. Winners will be selected and notified (by phone or post) on Wednesday 2nd February 2011.
8. Prize must be collected from Ballina Fair Centre Management Office, Ballina Fair Shopping
Centre, Ballina.
9. All prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
10. The competition is a game of skill. Entrants need to successfully answer in 25 words or less
“Why their pet should win” the particular Pet Photo category. Categories are 1) Cutest Pet
2) Most Unusual 3) Pet that looks like their owner
11. The winning entrant will be judged on Wednesday 2nd February, 2011 by 3 representatives of
Ballina Fair. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Ballina Fair reserves the right to use any entries for publication. The winner and the winners
parent/guardian may also, at the request of the promoter, be required to participate in publicity
activity on behalf of the promoter.
13. The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant for submitting
any entries which are not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
14. To the full extent permitted by law neither the promoter nor any of their associated agencies
accepts any liability for any injury, damage, expenses or loss of whatsoever to persons or
property arising from or in connection with this competition.
