Myresources/Rugby WA Competition Terms and Conditions
1.   Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional material form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.   To enter the competition and be in with a chance to win see the promotional flyer, email or link via the myresources website and then submit the details via the website, email the entry to competitions@wapub.com.au or mail the completed flyer to Competitions, West Australian Publishers, GPO Box G400 Perth WA 6841. All entries must be received before 5pm, Friday, March 4, 2011.
3.   To be eligible to win, legitimate names, email addresses and contact numbers of 10 friends working in the resource industry must be supplied.
4.   By submitting your entry you are confirming you have permission to release the contact details of the 10 friends to be added to our distribution database for our fortnightly e-newsletter only.
5.   The Client declares that the information provided on the order form is true and correct at the date of entry.
6.   The Client consents to the use by The West Australian and its related corporations (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the clients’ details and acknowledges that The West Australian and its related corporations, may, at its discretion disclose and use those details for the purpose of providing you with goods or services, communicating with you, planning, research, product and business development and sales, the promotion and marketing (whether target, direct or indirect) of their businesses, services or products or those of a third party which we believe may be of benefit to you. The details will also be used to investigate complaints, as required or permitted by any law, to enable The West Australian to perform its obligations to you under this or any other agreement and to ensure that you perform your obligations under this or any other agreement.
7.   If you do not want the details to be used for the purposes stated in clause 6 please write to us at The West Australian (attention Group General Counsel), GPO Box D162 Perth WA 6840, or contact the Group General Counsel on 08 9482 3111 and The West Australian will ensure that the details are not used for that purpose.

9.   The nominated 10 friends will be on our myresources e-newsletter database for a minimum of 6 months. During this time they will be unable to unsubscribe.
10. Subject to clause 13, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia over the age of 18. Photo identification may be required upon redemption of the prize.
11. The prize winner will be drawn at 10am on Tuesday, March 8, 2010.
12. The winning entry’s 10 friends will be contacted via phone to confirm email addresses supplied.
13. The first valid entry drawn at random from all mailed and electronically submitted entries will be deemed the winner and will receive the following prize: A table for 10 in the Emirates Western Force Clubhouse at one of the 2011 All-Australian derbies. 10 premium diamond seats on the halfway line, 3 course premium sit down menu, premium beverages package for the duration of the hospitality, engaging function with guest speakers and a panel of present and past players and a signed Emirates Western Force Jersey.
14. All additional costs incurred will be at the expense of the winner.
15. The winner will be notified by telephone after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner cannot be contacted on the phone number provided within five (5) working days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
16. It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
17. The prize/s must be taken as supplied and is/are neither redeemable for cash nor transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
18. It is the winner’s responsibility to make their own way to Perth city to claim/redeem their prize.
19. It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to have their name and suburb published for publicity purposes if required. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the requirement to participate in promotional activity if required.
20. On completion of the prize draw, entries will be stored for a 12 month period at West Australian Publishers. All coupon entries will be destroyed after this time period. No personal details will be recorded unless requested by the entrant.
21. Employees of West Australian Newspapers Limited Group, their associated agencies and immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
22. All contestants release from, and indemnify West Australian Publishers against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
23. West Australian Publishers and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
24. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
