ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will occur, at specific times to be determined by The Promoter, between 09:00am AEDT and 3:16pm AEDT weekdays only from Monday 24 January 2011 to Friday 28 January 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- South Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and must not have a criminal record against their name.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, a “Fifty Minute Hit Blitz” is a block of music, fifty (50) minutes in duration, that is uninterrupted by commercials.
On each Contesting Day, during various Fifty Minute Hit Blitzes as nominated by the Promoter, listeners will be asked to call 13 10 60 when they hear the nominated “Hawaiian Hit”, which will be a song grab, altered to sound different to usual with a “Hawaiian” them. (“Cue to Call”).
Once each Cue to Call has gone to air, the Promoter will then select a caller at random and ask them to name the “Hawaiian Hit” by its correct title and artist. If the caller does so correctly, they will be placed in the daily prize draw (“Finalist”).
A maximum of four (4) Finalists will be placed into the daily prize draw on any one (1) Contesting Day.
Finalists will only be eligible for the prize draw that takes place on the Contesting Day that they were placed in to the prize draw. Ie – should a Finalist wish to have the chance to be placed into the prize draw on a subsequent day, they will need to re-enter the Promotion on the subsequent day/s.
At the end of each Contesting Day, all Finalists from that day will be placed into the prize draw. The first one (1) eligible Finalist manually drawn at random by the Promoter will be awarded with the daily prize as outlined in Item 11: Prize Details.

In accordance with Item 8: Method of Entry, Prize Draws will take place after 3:16pm daily from Monday 24 January 2011 to Friday 28 January 2011 inclusive, at SAFM, 128 Greenhill Road, Unley SA 5061. Draws will be manual random draws.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be a maximum of five (5) Major Prizes to be won.
Each Major Prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- Two (2) return economy airfares ex-Adelaide to Sydney. Dates subject to availability when booking. Value = $400.00AUD [Maximum]
- Two (2) return economy airfares flying Hawaiian Airlines, ex-Sydney to Honolulu, Hawaii. Flights are valid for travel until August 31, 2011 and not between 6 April – 26 April, 2011; and are subject to availability when booking. Flights must be booked prior to February 28 February, 2011. Value = $2,451.00AUD [Maximum]
- Three (3) night’s twin share accommodation in a standard quest room at one of the seven Aqua Boutique hotels in Waikiki, Hawaii between April 1, 2011 and December 20, 2011. Advance bookings required and subject to availability. Value = $950.63 [Maximum]
Maximum value of each Prize = $ 3,401.63 (x 5)
Maximum value of total Prize pool = $17,008.15
ITEM 12: PRIZE WINNER PUBLICATION DETAILS
Winners will be notified;
1) via telephone at the time of winning, and
2) in writing, and
will be published in The Advertiser on Wednesday 2 February, 2011.

It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they act in accordance with local laws and customs; and where applicable to obtain the relevant
CONDITIONS
Travel Authorisation required for entry into the United States prior to departure.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for the major prize winners being detained at customs, or denied entry into a foreign country.
All Winners and their guests will be responsible for any and all taxes, transfers and expenses relating to the trip not listed in Item 11.
It will be the responsibility of the prize winner to book travel and accommodation as advised by the promoter at the time of winning.
Airfares are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable, non-upgradeable and changes are to the outbound sector are not permitted.
The international flights must be for the same itinerary and booked at the same time.
If allowed, penalties for date changes subsequent to booking will be incurred.
If any Winners are not available to redeem their Prize on the dates provided to them by the Promoter, they will forfeit the Prize.
Prizes are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash.
All Prize Winners will be required to sign an indemnity prior to redeeming their Major Prize.
