It's that time of the year again. No, it's not your birthday you goose, it's better! St Jerome's Laneway Festival is about to squeeze truckloads of bands (including Deer Hunter, Local Natives, The Holidays, Foals and Two Door Cinema Club) into parks and art schools and (ahem) laneways around the country. The playing times were released last week, so all you have to do now is turn up - unless, god forbid - you don't have a ticket.
If this happens to be you then perhaps we can help. You see, over the past month we've been working hard to pull together The Thousands Laneway Markets in all cities, and we've done it! This year's going to be bigger than ever, with more designer stalls than you can poke a drumstick at (Ra Ra Superstar, Box Vintage, Bedroom Suck Records, shit* haircuts from AKA, leather and jewels from Ruby and Prankstar emerging designers and artists like Charlie Hillhouse from Smallhouse Books, Holly Janet Ryan, Angela Leggett, Alannah Sarafin, Ashiya Spook and more - check out the ever growing list here), plus lucky dips, a massive suitcase rummage and free condoms from our clever friends at Third Drawer Down. Full designer profiles will be available on The Laneway iPhone app, which you can get free on iTunes a week before the festival.
