By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entrants must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2.Promotion commences at 12.01 am (AEDST) on 17 January 2011 and entries close at 11.59 pm (AEDST) on 13 February 2011 (Promotion Period).
3.Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all the Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Promotion.
How to enter
4.To enter the Promotion, you must:
(a) purchase any of the following from any Woolworths or Safeway store in Australia (Participating Outlets):
(i) in WA, any product from the Yoplait Petit Miam, Yoplait Go-Gurt and Yoplait Smackers ranges; or
(ii) in all other states, any product from the Yoplait Petit Miam, Yoplait Go-Gurt, Yoplait Smackers and YoGo ranges,
AND
(b) send an SMS to 197 88 791 with the following information, in the following order:
◦FIRST: the last five digits of the Promotional Product's Barcode (Product Barcode);
◦SECOND: your first name and surname; and
◦THIRD: your postcode.

REMEMBER you must retain your original Purchase Receipts for proof of purchase and to validate any promotion entries made.

5.Individuals can submit multiple entries.
There is a limit of four entries per person, per day, and only one entry may be made per Promotion Product purchased. Unrecognised Product Barcodes will not be accepted. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
6.Entrants are responsible for the costs associated with accessing the website via an Internet Service Provider. There is no additional cost to participate in the Promotion other than the cost to access the Internet site via an Internet Service Provider.
7.Each valid SMS entry into the Promotion must be contained in a single SMS from a mobile telephone connected to an Australian based mobile network with premium SMS (being any one of the Telstra, Vodafone, Virgin, Hutchison or Optus mobile digital networks or a participating service provider which has SMS compatible mobile digital phones). The telephone number of the mobile telephone from which the SMS is sent must not be withheld. Maximum cost of SMS message will not exceed 55 cents including GST. 8.Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service, will void all entries by that entrant.
9.The mobile phone number from which the entrant sends the SMS entry must be owned by the entrant. The Promoter may require a winner to validate their entry by showing proof of ownership of the mobile telephone number. The only acceptable proof of ownership will be an original invoice in the name of the entrant or an original letter on the service provider’s letterhead confirming the entrant’s ownership. If an entrant is unable to provide proof of ownership of the mobile telephone number within 14 days of request by the Promoter, the entry will be treated as void and the prize will be treated as an unclaimed prize.
10.Original Purchase Receipts must be kept for all entries as proof of purchase. Copies of the original Purchase Receipts will be required to validate any entries made.
11.Distribution of the products may vary between Participating Outlets. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if not all Promotional Products are available at all times at Participating Outlets.
Prizes

Each major prize consists of a Kobo eReader pack pre-loaded with 100 free eBooks (Prize), valued at $179 each (incl. GST. There are 300 Prizes to be won. 13.The value of the total prize pool is $53,700.
14.Where a Major Prize is unavailable, the Promoter retains the right to substitute the Major Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the directions of any of the relevant State gaming authorities.
How winners are determined
15.The Promoter will randomly determine one winning time (Winning Time) for each of the 300 Prizes during the Promotion Period. A Prize will be awarded to the entrant who submits the first valid entry after each Winning Time.
Notification of winners
16.All provisional winners will be notified by telephone and mail and be listed on
www.winwith yoplait.com.au . Provisional winners must provide the Promoter with the winner’s address when contacted via telephone to enable the Promoter to notify the winner in writing.
17.All provisional winners will be required to send the Promoter a copy of their original purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase to a reply paid address to verify their Prize win. If a provisional winner does not provide a copy of their original purchase receipt, their entry will be deemed invalid.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
18.The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed Prize draw at 11am (AEST) on Monday 30 May 2011 at 403/62 Beach Street Port Melbourne 3207, as is necessary for any unclaimed Prize or to distribute any Prize awarded to a winner whose entry has been deemed invalid pursuant to these Conditions (Unclaimed Prize), subject to any directions given by any of the relevant State gaming authorities. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (other than those relating to a winner who is not entitled to a Prize under these Conditions) will be eligible to win any Unclaimed Prize. The first valid entry randomly drawn for each Unclaimed Prize will win that Prize.
19.All winners of an Unclaimed Prize will be notified by telephone and be listed on
www.winwith yoplait.com.au. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize draw must provide the Promoter with the winner’s address when contacted via telephone to enable the Promoter to notify the winner in writing.
General Conditions
20.The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
21.All entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. SMS entries from a mobile telephone not connected to an Australian based network with premium SMS are not valid and will not be accepted.
22.The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to, by using techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs or by using techniques designed to avoid purchasing the Promotion Products by making a Prize claim with stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with Promotion Products, Product Barcodes, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions.
23.Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised total prize pool will be honoured. Printing errors or other quality control matters outside of the control of individual entrants shall not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award the prize.
24.The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
25.If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions, subject to approval of the relevant State gaming authorities.
26.If a Prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
27.Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
28.Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law the Promoter:
(a) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion;
(b) accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion, including (but not limited to) any failure of the computer system or other equipment to determine winners in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; and
(c) accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries or entrants’ details.
29.The Promoter and its associated companies and agencies will not be liable for, and by receiving, taking or using any Prize each winning entrant is deemed to release the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies from, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter holds the benefit of this clause on its own behalf and as trustee for its associated companies and agencies.
30.All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
31.By entering this Promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and announce the winner and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to their personal information being used by the Promoter for future marketing and promotional purposes (other than marketing or promoting via email). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
