Terms and Conditions:

1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2.The Promoter is Geelong Advertiser Proprietary Limited 191-195 Ryrie Street, Geelong Vic 3220. ABN. 59004090055.

3.Entry is available to Victorian residents only. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and their immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter.

4. To enter, entrants must complete the in paper for in the Geelong Advertiser.

5. All entries must be received by the Promoter by 5pm on Monday 7 August 2011. [ERROR: should be February - Mon 7 Feb]

6. Entries must include the entrant’s full name, address, age and contact telephone number.

7. Entrants may enter as often as they like using the in paper competition form.

8. The promotion is one of a game of chance.

9. There will be one prize draw.

10. The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST Wednesday 9/02/11 at the office of the Geelong Advertiser 191-195 Ryrie St, Geelong Vic 322011. There are five different prizes on offer, they are:- Acer N550 Netbook pre loaded with Microsoft Home Office and Student 2010

12. Total prize pool value is AUD $2,685.00

13. Prize values are based on the recommended retail price at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value between now and the time of redemption.

14. Winners will be contacted in writing within 7 working days of the draw. Winners and their details will be published in the Public Notices section of the Geelong Advertiser on 12/02/11

15. Prizes must be collected from Ross Parke the Good Guys within four weeks from the time of notification. Winners will be required to present photo identification when collecting their prize.

16. The winners must, on request by the promoter, be able to provide evidence, which to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant and has complied with these terms and conditions.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.

18. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.

19. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash or kind and must be taken as offered. No responsibility is taken for the winner’s loss of the prize.

20. The Promoter and companies associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.

21. The personal information supplied to the Promoter is for the purpose of entering this competition only and may be used by us or any of our Australian related companies for future marketing and publicity purposes. This personal information may be disclosed to third parties to determine whether an entrant has breached the terms and conditions.
