Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on Monday, 11th April 2011 at 4pm. 4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of “Buried”. Entry MUST be on original entry form provided by store or via official competition page on the Civic Video website. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim prize if winner declares purchase as validation for entry. 5. To enter customers must rent or buy “Buried” during the promotion period (Wednesday, 23rd February 2011 and Monday, 28th March 2011) at Civic Video Pty Ltd., complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw or enter online at www.civicvideo.com.au. 6. The first 5 valid entries drawn will win 1 of 5 Buried Survival Packs including Blackberry Torch Phone, Hugo Boss Night Men's Cologne, Buried T-Shirt, Buried Coffin USB, Maglite, Zippo Satin Chrome Lighter, Buried DVD and Icon New Release DVD Pack featuring Let Me IN, 14 Blades and Paintball. Each prize pack is valued at $1315. 7. Total prize pool is valued at up to $6575. 8.
