This week we are super excited to be launching the new album from British post-punk legends Wire –Red Barked Tree thanks to Pop Frenzy.

30 odd years on from their first release, Wire still has the amazing ability to evolve with each album and remain ahead of their time.  Red Barked Tree is no exception delivering new ethereal sounds from the band and brimming with an eerie energy and sneer.  This album, like the band, powers through an array of musical genres and innovative ideas however it’s this level of exploration and creativity that has always made Wire a band to watch.
