The Promoter is Gold Coast Tourism Corporation Limited ABN 75 009 935 184 of Level 2, 64 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise, Queensland, 4217.
Entry is open to YourCoast subscribers only. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter, its related companies and agencies, and immediate families of these listed persons, and the retailers and suppliers involved with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Children under the age of 13 years who satisfy these conditions may enter the promotion with their parent's or legal guardian's consent.
Gold Coast Tourism Corporation, which is a non-profit organization and solely owns YourCoast.com.au website and the `VIP Good Vibrations Festival' competition.
The Promotion commences 12.01am AEST on 27 January 2011 and ends 12:00pm noon AEST on 8 February 2011 (Promotion Period). The competition will be drawn at 12:30pm on 8 February 2011 at Gold Coast Tourism's office at Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise.
The chosen Competition Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Only one prize, as chosen by the first drawn correct entry, shall be awarded. The individual prizes include:
Good Vibrations Festival Package
2 x VIP tickets to Good Vibrations Festival on the Gold Coast. 1 x nights' accommodation in a Deluxe View Room including breakfast at Vibe Hotel Gold Coast.

Competition winner will be determined by random draw of a correct answer to the skill test question asked during entry of contact details. Competition winner will be notified by phone and then writing with competition redemption details included.
Nights' accommodation is only for the night of Saturday the 19th of February.
Gold Coast Tourism has the right to publish the winners name and suburb of residence on external print and online medias.
To enter, an active YourCoast subscriber must answer the required question and select their preferred prize. Completion of this component will put the entrant into the competition to win the prize. The first valid entry deemed correct will win the package chosen as part of that entry. Only entries from an active YourCoast member shall be deemed valid.
If unable to be contacted a new prize winner will be drawn at 12:30pm on 14 February 2011 at Gold Coast Tourism's office at Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. If any winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services, unless otherwise specified.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss and damages) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize offered as part of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any product manufactured by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify the entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The laws of Queensland apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
