7. Click on the Huggies Photo Centre promotional website link provided and when you arrive at the Photo Centre website, it will ask for your unique code. Please paste your unique code in the box provided. Huggies® Birth Announcement Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Huggies® Birth Announcement Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences at 10:00 AEST on 25 May 2010 and closes at 16:00 AEST on 30th March 2011 or when all prizes are redeemed (whichever is the earlier) (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of the Huggies Baby Club or the Huggies Mum to Be Club (Huggies Member). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and their agencies and companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. To claim a free set of birth announcements:
a) Sign in to the Huggies Baby Club (or register as a new member).
b) Update your details with details of your pregnancy.
c) Go to the promotion page (
www.huggies.com.au/birthannoucement) and click on “Enter Promotion”.
d) You will arrive at the “My Huggies” page where you will see a list of all the promotions you’ve entered. There will be a yellow box with your coupon code next to the “Huggies Birth Announcement Promotion”.
e) Copy the unique code provided.

5. Each eligible entrant who successfully provides the details set out in term 4 above (Entrant) will be supplied unique code and promotional URL. By logging in to the Huggies Photo Centre (if already a member), or joining the Huggies Photo Centre, provided the Entrant first reads and accepts their terms and conditions and privacy policy at the Huggies Photo Centre. By entering their unique code, the entrant’s Huggies Photo Centre account will be credited with a set of 15×10cm photocards plus envelopes valued at $19.95 per set. All credits not redeemed will expire on 31st December 2011.
6. The first 20,000 Huggies Members who enter the Promotion will be eligible for the prize. Total prize pool valued at $399,000. Claimants can view the remaining number of sets of birth announcement cards left to claim throughout the promotional period by visiting

7. Any postage and handling for the birth announcement cards will be covered by the entrant.8. The value of the birth announcement card set is accurate at the commencement of the promotion, and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the birth announcement card set after that date. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the birth announcement card set with an alternative product of equal or greater value (including where redemption of the birth announcement card set is unavailable).
9. Each entrant is only eligible to enter once during the Promotion Period.
10. Huggies Photo Centre is run by Snapfish. Redeeming the birth announcements will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Snapfish by HP. By claiming the birth announcements the claimant accepts the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Snapfish by HP. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no liability for the claimant’s redemption of the birth announcements via the Snapfish website and Hewlett-Packard Australia Pty Ltd’s collection of and use of the claimant’s personal information.
11. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected claims. Any claim received by the Promoter after the close of the Promotion or after all stock has been exhausted will be returned.
12. The single use unique code and birth announcement cards are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
14. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of the Promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries, and to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries. 17. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request).
