CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. By participating entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
By purchasing ticket/s at moonlight.com.au to between January 27, 2011 12.00am AEST and February 24, 2011 6pm AEST, you are automatically entered into the draw. Each sales transaction will be counted as one entry. Not valid for transactions using complimentary vouchers, season passes, gift vouchers, rain out vouchers or Moonlight Movie Club.
The promotion will be drawn at 10am on Friday February 25, 2011 at Moonlight Cinema, Level 1, 49 Market Street SYDNEY, NSW 2000.
The first valid entry drawn will win a Lawn Party to one session of their choice at Sydney’s Moonlight Cinema between March 1, 2011 and March 20, 2011. Prize includes entry, bean beds and catering in an exclusive, cordoned off area for 21 people. Total prize valued at $1609.
The winner will be notified by phone, email or post. Tickets will be posted in advance of the session once the winner’s selection is confirmed.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter will not be responsible if the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control such as cancellation, re-scheduling or unavailability of the prize. In the event of bad weather or rain the Promoter will attempt to reschedule during the 2011 season. In the event the Promoter is unable to reschedule the prize, it will be converted to 21 Gold Grass tickets in the 2011/12 season.
Spending money, other government charges, insurance, transport to and from the prize location(s), items of personal nature, and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the prize winner and his/her companion.
