NSW Terms and Conditions – Win an 8GB iPod Nano
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Entry is only open to Australian residents who are existing LifeClub Loyalty Club members. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. To enter, LifeClub Members must go to the LifeClub website
www.lifeclub.com.au and submit their LifeClub card number, First Name, Last Name and email address during the promotional period. Existing or new members receive one entry per person.
3.Promotion commences 10/01/2011. Entries close 11.59pm 31/12/2011. The winner will be drawn by random computer selection. There will be 4 draws which all will take place at 10.00am EST at FM Integrated Pharmacy Services, Level 8 217 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 31/03/2011, 30/06/2011, 29/09/2011 and 05/01/2012. The stores will be notified of the winner's details the day after the draw and the winner will be notified via phone or mail from the relevant pharmacy. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.There are 4 grand prizes for each of the 36 participating NSW pharmacies, being 4 prizes of an 8GB iPod Nano with a total value of approx $796 over the 36 stores. The winner will have 6 months to redeem their prize. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
5.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
6.By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to a photo being taken and to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
7.The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error which may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, computer viruses, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
8.The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary six months after the draw in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993.
