To claim, individuals must then visit www.energizerbatteries.com.au (the "Website"), fill out their personal details on the downloadable claim form, print it out, attach their receipt and then mail it to PO BOX 964, Brookvale, NSW 2100 by 17:00 AEST on 10/05/2011.Offer is strictly limited to the first 10,000 valid claims received.

Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Entry is only open to Australian residents with a valid postage address. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: a) Only one (1) claim permitted per household; b) Consumer must have purchased Energizer batteries from the Max, Advanced or Lithium range to the value of $AUD15.00 or more in a single purchase. Offer is strictly limited to the first 10,000 valid claims received.
Claimants must mail in their original or a photocopy of their purchase receipt(s) for claim as proof of purchase, stating the date the products were purchased, as well as the price paid for the products. Failure to mail in the proof of purchase for claim will result in invalidation of a claimant's claim and forfeiture of any right to a prize.Promotion commences at 9am AEDT on 28/03/2011 and closes 17:00 AEST on 09/05/2011. Final claims must be received by mail by 17:00 AEST on 10/05/2011 or when 10,000 claims are received, whichever is first to occur. Claimants will be notified immediately in writing. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first 10,000 valid claims received will each be awarded with one (1) Wii Game. The game they receive will be one of the following titles; Just Dance; Bootcamp; Racket Sports Party; or My Fitness Coach Dance Work. All prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative title. ON the entry form the consumer can put a preference of which game title they will receive but this is not a guarantee they will receive their preferred game.
Cost of accessing the Internet or sending in the entry via mail is the entrant's responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
Total prize pool value is $500,000.
If any of the game titles listed in clause 8 are unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a Wii Game to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of a gift.

Claim is conditional on providing this information.
