I have a confession to make. It's time to come clean. I love ironing. I know it’s unusual but there’s just something about getting a freshly washed, crisp and crinkly clean shirt and making it smooth. Strange, but true.
I’ve also heard some women like vacuuming, but this I find very hard to believe. Now, that is weird.

Turns out neither is even remotely (excuse the pun) what I unpacked.
The ROBOMAID in fact actually looks like a mini UFO and is the latest in clever home-help gadgetry, making your life easier in cleaning your floors, freeing up your valuable time to do the other more important things in your life.
This robotic vacuum cleaner is compact, and light enough to be carried from room to room; yet heavy-duty enough to single-handily clean floors – both carpets and boards.
To use this nifty vacuum robot, it’s as simple as plug and play – after the initial charge time of 12 hours, she was ready to work, whisking around my house, under tables and the couch (yes, she re-emerged unscathed some minutes later); effortlessly picking up hair, dust, dirt and even those (*insert squeal here) belly-up cockroaches.
The ROBOMAID is also smart enough to know when to stop – she comes programmable to recognise a no-go zone (think a ledge, a step or a china cabinet) and can also mop as well as vacuum, killing bacteria along the way.

Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using the website operated by Mother Driven in Australia (the Mother Driven Site). By visiting the Mother Driven Site or participating in any of the interactive activities on such site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please note that we may, in our sole discretion, modify these Terms of Use without notice to you. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use when using the Mother Driven Site. By continuing to access and use the Mother Driven Site after the Terms of Use have been modified, you are agreeing to such modifications
Registration and passwords
1.Registration is not required to browse the Mother Driven Site.
2.However, certain features offered on the Mother Driven Site may require you to register or submit certain personal information, such as your name, mailing and e-mail addresses, and billing information.
3.When you register with the Mother Driven Site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to register with such site.
4.When you register we may assign you a username and request that you choose a password.
5.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
6.You shall be responsible for all uses of your username and password.

Your Submissions and User Conduct
1.The Mother Driven Site may invite users to communicate with one another via chat areas and bulletin boards.
2.All communications made to the Mother Driven Site (collectively the Submissions), including, but not limited to, any notes, reviews, bulletin board postings, ideas, comments, suggestions, concepts, artwork, photographs and sound and video files become the subject of a non exclusive licence for us to use in any media in any way we choose including for promotional purposes throughout the world without any time or other restrictions.
3.Without limitation we shall be entitled to edit such Submissions as we see fit, and shall have no obligation to use material submitted.
4.You are solely and fully responsible for the content of any of your Submissions to the Mother Driven Site.
5.Your Submissions must strictly conform to the following guidelines:
i.your Submissions to the Mother Driven Site must originate with you and be accurate and current
ii.your Submissions may not infringe any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
iii.when you make a Submission, you acknowledge that you have all necessary rights, including copyright in the material contained in your Submission
iv.your Submissions must not be fraudulent, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, offensively directed towards people based on their gender, sexual orientation or otherwise discriminatory or be otherwise objectionable
v.if there is any question as to what constitutes objectionable material under these Terms of Use, Mother Driven is the final arbiter of what does or does not constitute objectionable material
vi.your Submissions must not be harmful to minors in any way
vii.your Submissions must not be intended to advertise or solicit funds
viii.your Submissions must not use the Mother Driven Site to advocate or offer instructions as to illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
ix.your Submissions must not be in violation of the guidelines set forth in these Terms of Use
x.any such actions shall be a material breach of these Terms of Use
xi.the Mother Driven Site will remove any Submissions that violate any provision of these Terms of Use and will cooperate fully
xii.with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in the investigation of any violator or violators
in addition, we may terminate the right to access the Mother Driven Site by any user who violates these Terms of Use immediately and without prior notice
xiii.you further agree that you will not circumvent our security features, corrupt any content or files on or obtained from the Mother Driven Site, interfere with or in anyway disrupt our service or servers, or networks connected to our service or servers, or otherwise violate any applicable law regulations or these Terms of Use.
Downloading Material from the Mother Driven Site
1.You are permitted to download only those materials specifically made available by us to download for your personal use.
2.Any material made available for downloading by the Mother Driven Site may not be used for commercial or any other purpose other than your personal use and may not be copied or duplicated in any way without first obtaining our permission.
3.You must not remove any notices or credits on the downloaded materials or delete, add, or otherwise modify the content of any such downloaded materials.
Ownership of Materials on the Mother Driven Site
1.The Mother Driven Site and all the materials published or otherwise incorporated on the site (Content), such as text, button icons, interfaces, images, software, illustrations, video clips, audioclips, and other video and audio files are owned exclusively by Mother Driven or others that have licensed their materials to us.
2.The Content is therefore protected by copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
3.You may not copy, download, upload, modify, reproduce, transmit, delete, add to, distribute in any way, or otherwise use for any purpose any of the Content except as we have outlined in these Terms of Use or on the AutoForGirls Site, or with the prior written consent of the owners of the Content.
4.In addition, any of the trade names, trade marks, service marks and logos (collectively referred to as Trade Marks) that appear on the Mother Driven Site are owned by Mother Driven or others that have licensed their use to us.

3.Mother Driven provides these hyperlinks to you as a convenience only, and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of the linked website by Mother Driven or its affiliates.
4.You link to any such website entirely at your own risk.
5.The Mother Driven Site also contains third party advertisements (including banner ads and full page advertisements) which contain embedded hyperlinks or which include referral buttons to websites operated by third parties or their licensees or contractors.
6.All third party advertising (including referral buttons and embedded hyperlinks) is paid for by the relevant third party advertisers and are not recommendations or endorsements by Mother Driven or its affiliates or their respective directors or employees.

12.You agree that Mother Driven will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort arising out of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such third parties or link to their sites on the Mother Driven Site.
Disclaimer
1.The Trade Practices Act 1974 and similar state and territory legislation in Australia may confer rights and remedies on you in relation to the provision by Mother Driven of goods or services on the Mother Driven Site which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (Non-excludable Rights).
2.Mother Driven does not exclude any Non-excludable Rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute.
3.Except as provided for by the Non-excludable Rights:
i.All Content is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
ii.Mother Driven and its suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

Limitation of Liability
1.Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any act or omission on the part of Mother Driven) will Mother Driven or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, the Mother Driven Site or any Content.
2.You expressly acknowledge and agree that Mother Driven does not exert control over users of the Mother Driven Site (including individuals referred to on the Mother Driven Site as guests and experts) and is not liable either for their opinions or their behaviour, including any information and/or advice and any defamatory statements or offensive conduct.
3.To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoForGirls liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited at the option of Mother Driven to the following:
1.in the case of services supplied or offered by Mother Driven,
i.the supply of the services again
ii.the payment of the cost of having services supplied again
2.in the case of goods supplied or offered by Mother Driven,
i.the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods
ii.the repair of such goods
iii.the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods
iv.the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired
Indemnification
You agree to indemify, defend, and hold harmless Mother Driven, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your membership (including negligent or wrongful conduct), by you or any other person accessing the Mother Driven Site using your username and password.
Infringement and Regulatory Complaints
1.We are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others.
2.We will cooperate with any law enforcement authorities and comply with any judicial order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone downloading or posting materials, or otherwise using this website in violation of applicable federal, state, or local laws.
3.If you believe that your proprietary rights, including copyrights, have been violated by any Content posted by our users, please contact Mother Driven by providing notice of the claimed infringement as more fully explained below.
4.Once notice has been received we will promptly respond to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of any infringing activity.
5.When providing notice of claimed infringement to AutoForGirls, please do so in writing and include the following information:
i.full name and contact details of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose work you claim has been infringed
ii.a description of the work you claim has been infringed
iii.a description of the work you claim to be infringing as well as information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
iv.your address, telephone number, and, if available, your e-mail address
v.a statement of your good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, it's agent or the law

Termination
1.The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by Mother Driven, and Mother Driven may terminate this agreement and your access to the Mother Driven Site at any time without notice.
2.In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Mother Driven Site, but all restrictions imposed on you, licenses granted by you and all Mother Driven disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use will survive.
Applicable laws
1.This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
2.You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
3.You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Mother Driven Site.
4.If any part or portions of these Terms of Use shall be declared invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the manner in which they were written.
5.If any dispute arises between you and us regarding these Terms of Use, the dispute will be governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia.
6.These Terms of Use set forth the entire agreement regarding all of the matters contained herein and should supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings.
7.Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Mother Driven Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
8.Mother Driven failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
9.Mother Driven may assign its rights and duties under this agreement to a third party at any time without notice to you.
Miscellaneous
1.Mother Driven relies on your continued observance of these Terms of Use.
2.The terms of this agreement apply to the full extent possible in relation to the supply by Mother Driven of any content or services.
3.Mother Driven makes no representation that materials in the Mother Driven Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations outside of Australia.
4.All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
