To celebrate the launch of new Baileys® Hazelnut flavour we're giving away fantastic prizes over four weeks!

To enter to win this week's prize - a deluxe Picnic Hamper - all you have to do is tell us in 150 characters or less 

Baileys Hazelnut Flavour Competition
Terms and Conditions:

1.     The promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over who ‘like’ the Baileys Australia Facebook page. Employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. 

2.     No purchase is necessary. To enter, entrants must answer a question in 150 characters or less. There will be a different question each week (4 weeks total). Entrants can enter as many times as they like over the course of the promotional period.

3.    There will be one winner each week of the promotion period. The winning entries will be selected from all eligible entries received in the relevant week by a panel of judges who are employees of the Promoter and their agencies. The winning entries will be selected on the basis of their originality and creativity.  Judging for each week’s prize will take place on the Tuesday following each entry period.  Each week’s winner will be advised by email and their name posted on the Baileys Australia facebook page wall on or before the Friday after the judging.  Judging will take place at Suite 401, Level 4, 50 Holt St. Surry Hills NSW 2010.

4.     The Week 1 prize (entries received 9:30am April 18th 2011 to 9:00am April 24th 2011) is a Moreton Picnic Basket and Durack Picnic Rug from Break of Day Gift Baskets. Total prize value is AU$395.95 (inc. $26 delivery). In the event this prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or lesser value.

5.     The Week 2 prize (entries received 9:30am April 25th 2011 to 9:00am May 1st 2011) is a cooking class for the winner and three friends, up to the value of $75 per person. Total prize value is AU$300. The location and type of cooking class will be determined by the Promoter and will be determined based on availability and location of winner.  In the event that a suitable location is not found, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or lesser value.

6.     The Week 3 prize (entries received 9:30am May 2nd 2011 to 9:00am May 8th 2011) is a meal for the winner and three friends at a restaurant mutually agreed to by the Promoter and the competition winner. Total prize value AU$400. In the event that a suitable location is not found, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or lesser value.

7.     The Week 4 prize (entries received 9:30am May 9th 2011 to 9:00am May 15th 2011) is a dinner party for the winner and five friends at the winner’s home for which the Promoter will provide the catering (food and beverages). This catering will be sourced from a provider located close to the competition winner. Total prize value is AU$1000. In the event a suitable caterer is not found, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or lesser value.

8.     The total national prize pool is valued at $2095.95. The Week 2, 3, & 4 prizes must be booked by 30th June and taken by 31st October, 2011. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

9.     All prizes must be claimed by 10:00am on 15 June 2011 and if any prize remains unclaimed by such date and time, the Promoter may conduct such further judging at the same place as the original judging as are necessary after 11:00 on 25 June 11 in order to distribute any unclaimed major prizes. Any unclaimed major prize draw winners will be notified by email.

10.  The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause.

11.  The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12.  Contest entries and material submitted in connection with any contest (whether in written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of competitors become the property of the Promoter which may use the material in any medium (including internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit. All present and future copyright in any such material becomes and remains the sole property of the Promoter. Entrants undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.

13.  The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.

14.  If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including (but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, war, terrorism or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to state regulations.

15.  The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or website user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

16. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.

17.  The Promoter advocates responsible drinking. Legal aged consumers are advised to visit www.alcoholguidelines.gov.au for information on safe drinking, standard drinks and related issues.
