a) The prize is valid from 12 months from the date of winner notification and cannot be taken during peak periods including any school or state specific public holidays or Jetstar travel black out periods. The winning family must travel together on all flights. Flights will be return flights for a family of four from one of Jetstar’s ports of Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, Perth, Darwin or Adelaide. Prize and travel is subject to Jetstar general Conditions of carriage (which can be found at Jetstar.com). There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once itineraries are issued, including no name changes.
b) The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and their family.
c) Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner and their family will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel or accommodation.
d) Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. If the prize is not utilised within 12 months it will be forfeited.
