Unclaimed prize draw will take place 26/9/2011 at 12noon. Unclaimed prize winner will be notified on 26/9/2011 by email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – The Knot Royal Wedding Survey
1. The promoter is Independent Digital Media, Level 1, Building 1, 85 O’Riordan St, Alexandria, NSW 2015 (ABN 93 082 246 384)
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged eighteen or over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, directors, management, related companies, retailers, suppliers and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. Entries are limited to one per person.
4. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. By entering the ‘The Knot Royal Wedding Survey’ competition, you are required to leave your name, a mobile phone number, email address and postal address. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form. You acknowledge that if any inaccurate information is provided by you, your entry will be deemed invalid.
7. Competition begins 4/5/2011 at 9.00AM EST and closes 25/5/2011 at 17.00 EST. The winner will be drawn at the premises of Independent Digital Media, Level 1, Building 1, 85 O’Riordan St, Alexandria, NSW 2015 (ABN93 082 246 384) at 12noon on 26/5/2011. The winner will be notified by email on the 26/5/2011. The winner’s name will be published on

Unclaimed prize draw will take place 26/9/2011 at 12noon. The winners will be drawn at the premises of Independent Digital Media, Level 1, Building 1, 85 O’Riordan St, Alexandria, NSW 2015 (ABN93 082 246 384). The winners will be notified by email on the 26/9/2011.

The prize consists of:
A bag of assorted beauty products with a total retail value of $300.
Prize Restrictions:
* The prize is strictly non transferable, not redeemable for cash, exchange or credit.
*The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoters will not be responsible if the prizes or any part of the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control. In the event of such cancellation, re-scheduling or unavailability of the prizes, the Promoters will endeavor but are not obliged to provide substitute prizes of equivalent value.
9. The prize winners must, at the Promoter's request, participate in any marketing and promotional activity in relation to winning the prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter's using their name and image in such promotional material.
10. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition - subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
11. Independent Digital Media is collecting your personal information as set out in the competition entry form to process your competition entries. We may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in running this competition and for the purpose of provision of prizes. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to the State lottery department and winner’s name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
