Moving Media competition - iPad giveawayInformation on how to enter and be eligible to win prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into the Promotion is taken to mean your acceptance of these terms and conditions:
Entry is open between midnight AEST on 31 January, 2011 and midnight AEST on 10 September, 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
Promoter is RP Data Limited ABN 67 087 759 171, 6 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 (“Promoter”).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over.
To enter and be eligible to win you must, during the Promotion Period, register your details via the Moving Media webpage and click "Yes".
By registering "Yes" via the Moving Media webpage you are hereby giving the Moving Media Partners permission to send you more information about their offers directly to you via email.
You can only be entered in the draw once, regardless of how many times you register. Incomplete entries are not eligible to win.
There will be a random manual prize draw from all eligible entries received conducted by the Promoter at 6 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 (“Draw Location”) at on 13 September 2011 (“Draw Date”).
The total prize value is RRP $729 (one iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G 16GB model). Except for courier costs paid for by the Promoter, all other costs associated with accepting and using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
If the prize winner does not respond to our notification emails by 1 October 2011, a further draw will take place on 4 October 2011 at the Draw Location. Any winners of an unclaimed prize will be notified in writing via email on 4 October 2011. Any winners of an unclaimed prize will be published at
www.rpdata.com/competitions on 5 October 2011.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or included for any reason during the Promotion Period. If you, in the opinion of the Promoter, tamper or interfere with the entry process in any way, or you do not properly comply with the entry process, you will be ineligible to win.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from this Promotion, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
