3. To enter, buy any QV Skincare product at any My Chemist or Chemist Warehouse during the promotional period, visit
www.qvskincare.com.au and follow the prompts. Enter your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and then answer in 25 words or less what QV product you would take on a luxury weekend away and why? Then click submit. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged on creative merit.
Entrants are limited to one (1) entry only.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. 9 The winners will be notified by telephone and writing within two (2) working days of the judging.
