THE LANE WEDDING COMPETITION 1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only. Participants under the age of 18 years are not entitled to enter the Competition or participate in the Prize. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The workshop with founder and creator, Karissa Fanning and The LANE team will run for a duration of up to four hours, valued at up to $2000. The workshop will be split into three sessions; planning, high tea and décor styling. Bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. 8. The accommodation at Mavis’s Kitchen and Cabins at 64 Mt Warning Rd, Uki, via Murwillumbah, NSW 2484 is for one nights accommodation in The Old Farm House, three bedroom style accommodation valued at up to $840. The accommodation includes an organic dinner to the value of $150. Fully self catered breakfast fresh produce supplied. Bookings at Mavis’s Kitchen and Cabins must be made 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. Should the winner (and their companions) choose to redeem their stay on a Friday or Saturday date this may be subject to further conditions including a two night minimum requirement as per Mavis’s Kitchen and Cabins policy. The winner (and their companions) are responsible for the additional costs that may be incurred as a result of these weekend conditions.. 9. Flights to the value of $750 with Virgin Blue in an Economy seat type are included. The winner (and their companions) are responsible for costs incurred that fall above and beyond the $750 flight allocation with Virgin Blue. The departing cities for the flights include Sydney and Melbourne. Winners will be responsible for the cost and transport to Sydney or Melbourne for the flights. Bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. Return transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport to the value of up to $300 are included. 10. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is valid until December 12, 2011. The prize is subject to availability and bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance. Blackout periods apply and include June 1st, 2011 until June 30th, 2011 and August 22nd until September 30th, 2011. 11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered in the event that the scheduled event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever. 12.It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to present their credit card or a cash deposit upon arrival at any accommodation to cover all incidentals they may incur during their stay 13. The prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable, non-refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or other goods and services. 14. All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary or substitute or extend any element of the prize in whole or part. 15. If the winner is unable to fulfill the prize during the time period, the winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the promoter. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 16. If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. 17.
