Terms & Conditions.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions, is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 and above. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Escape Travel, their related corporate bodies and Agencies are not eligible to enter this promotion. The Winner’s travel companion must be over 13 years of age.
3. The Promotion commences at 12.01am AEDT on 29 June 2011 and closes at 5pm AEDT on 31 July 2011 (‘promotion period’).
4. To enter, participants must become a member of “We Like This”, and register their details on the Registration form on:
http://www.welikethis.com.au during the promotional period.
For additional entries into the promotion, members can write reviews on products or services at welikethis.com.au. Each approved review written within the promotion period will qualify the member for one additional entry into the promotion. Qualified reviews are governed by the Terms of Use and Posting guidelines of the welikethis site.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
6. There is one Grand Prize draw. The draw will take place at 3pm (AEDT) on 2 August 2011 at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. All eligible entries will be entered into the draw. The winner will be notified by phone, in writing, published on
http://www.welikethis.com.au and in The Australian newspaper on 4 August, 2011. The ‘first eligible entry drawn will win the Prize.
7. The Prize: A trip for 2 people to Singapore, including return economy airfares for 2 from the Winner’s nearest Australian Capital City to Singapore, (flight associated taxes are included), transfers in Singapore, twin share accommodation for 5 nights in a 4 star Hotel of Flight Centre’s choice and breakfasts, and a ‘Circle of Life’ Encore® Experience consisting of Reserve tickets for 2 to THE LION KING in Singapore, an official THE LION KING Souvenir Program, an exclusive piece of THE LION KING merchandise and dinner for two, valued at SDG150. (Conditions apply)
The Prize is valued at a maximum of A$5,000. (Prize value correct at the time of printing) and is valid to 11 December 2011.
The Prize is subject to the standard terms of Escape Travel. The Prize winner is recommended to book as early as possible to ensure travel, accommodation & The Lion King Show availability. The Prize cannot be refunded for cash or transferred and cannot be used in conjunction with Frequent Flyer programs. Frequent Flyer points will not be provided. The Prize does not include any other travel costs, other than those mentioned above. All components of the Prize must be taken together. Airline tickets must be used in conjunction with the trip, over the specified routing in the stated class of travel.
The Prize winner and their travel companion must travel together. Meals and Transfer fees (other than those specified above) tips, domestic travel to and from departure point, taxes that are not included in the airfares and any other personal expenses and travel insurances must be paid for by the winner and their companion. If for any reason the winner is unable to accept the Prize as stated, up to the date indicated, the winner will forfeit the Prize and no compensation will be given in lieu. If any part of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any law or written directions from a regulatory authority.
It is the winner and their travel companion’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel and health documentation. Travel insurance is compulsory. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travelers. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant not claiming the Prize. If the Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw on 18 November 2011. The winners, if any, will be notified by phone, in writing, published inThe Australian newspaper and on

9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
12. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
13. The Promoter collects information about you to include you in the promotion and, where appropriate, to award prizes and may also use the information to assist it in improving its goods and services and to contact you, including by electronic communication methods (including email and SMS) in the future with special offers. The Promoter may share your information with its Australian related companies who may contact you with special offers.
The Promoter may also share your information with other persons or entities that assist it in running promotions or with other companies who provide prizes for promotions or reader offers.
14. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information, to State and Territory lottery departments, the winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's names and suburb in any media.
