Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion commences Wednesday 18 May, 2011 and closes last email received 29 June, 2011.
4. To enter, register on the Skagen website
www.skagen.com.au/promo and tell us in 25 words or less “Which
women inspire your personal style and why”. This will put you in the running to win one of two four-piece Skagen
collections. Also include your name, address and daytime telephone contact details. Only one entry per person
permitted.
5. The Promotion will be judged by a panel of judges selected by the Promoter. Judging will commence on 6 July,
2011 at the promoter’s premises. Winners will be notifi ed by phone and/or email, using contact details provided
in their entry. This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually
judged based on literary and creative merit. The judge’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is fi nal
and binding on all who enter. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The two highest judged eligible entries will each win a four-piece Skagen Denmark range to the value of $680.00.
This includes a watch 818SSS RRP$195, sunglasses S051ABMG RRP$155, bangle JCSS015 RRP$130 and
necklace JNS0015 RRP$200.
7. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $1360.00. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the
prize value. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
cash.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity,
age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights
at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter including its offi cers, employees, and agents, excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any loss or damage or personal injury, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including,
without limitation: (a) any technical diffi culties; (b) entries or prize claims that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected
prior to their receipt by the Promoter, or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner
or entrant.
9. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent
fi nancial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the
winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms
and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket /
pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided
in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see contents page of Madison for location in
each issue)
