Specific terms and conditions for the "Win a Year's Supply of Batiste"
In addition to the general terms set out above, the following terms and all entry instructions elsewhere on the Site will apply to the competition for one person to win a Year's Supply of Batiste ("Competition"). Competition timings
The Competition commences at 9am on 22nd June 2011 and the closing date for entry into the Competition is at Midnight on 30th June 2011 ("Closing Date").The Prize
The Prize is to receive a Year's Supply of Batiste product, namely 12 x 150ml cans of a selection of products from across the Batiste Dry Shampoo range. The value of the prize is $119. The prize shall be supplied by Frostbland pty on behalf of Vivalis Limited.
How to Enter
In order to enter the Competition, prior to the Closing Date, you need to register by filling in all required personal details on the relevant page on the Site and entering your response to the question "Tell us your favourite scent and how Batiste rescued your hair in a desperate moment" which will be your submission for the Competition ("Submission").
We reserve the right to withdraw any inappropriate or offensive Submissions from the Competition and you will be disqualified from participating any further in the Competition. The winning or any other Submission(s) may be published on the Site. By uploading your Submission, you agree that it/they can be viewed by anyone visiting the Site and you accept that your Submission could be shared or linked to other websites outside our control (such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube) by anyone visiting the Site. We accept no responsibility for this.
Your Submission must be created for the Competition and must be previously unpublished before being uploaded to the Site. You must own all rights, including copyright and moral rights, in your Submission (or you must obtain permission from the rights holder to use the same) and you give us the right to use your Submission for any purpose relating to the Competition and general promotional purposes for Batiste.
Entering the Competition can only be carried out online on the Site and no other websites. The use of any device to automate the Competition entry process is prohibited. We are unable to return, digitally or otherwise, your Submission for the Competition.
The Winner
The winner will be the Submission which is judged to be the best in accordance with the Competition judging criteria. Only those Submissions submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before the Closing Date will be considered by the judges. The judging of the best Submission will be carried out by a panel of style experts including an independent judge, based on the most interesting, unique, fun or entertaining response to the question.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Details of the judges can be provided if you send a written request with a self addressed envelope to Frostbland Pty of Unit 1, 47-56 Moxon Road, Punchbowl, NSW 2196 Australia stating clearly the name of the Competition and your request for the judges details.

General Competition terms and conditions
Conditions of entry
You must be 12 years or older to enter any competition on the Site. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian to enter any competition and they are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.
All competitions are open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, excluding employees of Vivalis Limited, Frostbland Pty Limited or their affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the relevant competition.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Entry is limited to one registration per person.Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are subject to availability, and the terms and conditions of any third party service providers, and we reserve the right to substitute a prize (or any part of it) for an alternative prize of equivalent monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control. If any prize relates to an event which is postponed for any reason, the prize will be valid for such other date on which the event is rescheduled. Where the prize(s) include products or services from third parties we wish to make it clear that, except where expressly stated, we are not associated with those third parties or their brands and none of those third parties endorse the Batiste brand or the Site in any way.
Notification
The prize winner(s) will be notified by email that they have been successful within 5 days of the closing date of the relevant competition and the prize winner(s) should acknowledge the email. Where possible, prizes will be delivered to any winner(s) within 5 days of them acknowledging the email notification that they have won. If a winner does not acknowledge the email notification within 30 days, or is unable or does not want for whatever reason to accept a prize, we reserve the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant and the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize.
Announcement of winner(s)
Winners' names will be available on the Site and by sending a self addressed envelope to Frostbland Pty of Unit 1, 47-56 Moxon Road, Punchbowl, NSW 2196 Australia stating clearly the name of the competition as advertised and your request for the winner(s) names.
Publicity
You acknowledge that if you win any competition, we may use your personal information including your name and home town or county on the Site, and elsewhere, to publicise your win and for promotional purposes. Competition winner(s) may be asked to participate in additional publicity related to the relevant competition, which may include photographs and/or videos of you and others and quotes from you relating to the competition, the Prize and/or Batiste products in general.
