Conditions
1.Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these terms and conditions (Conditions). By participating in this ‘Cash Cow Giveaway Promotion’ (Promotion), entrants agree to be bound by these Conditions. Entries must comply with these Conditions to be valid.
2.Entry is open to residents of NSW, VIC, TAS, QLD & SA only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues/outlets associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval to enter and the parent/guardian of the entrant must agree to these Conditions.
3.To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period:
a.either:
i.purchase a 1 litre, 2 litre or 3 litre pack of Dairy Farmers Original, Dairy Farmers New, Dairy Farmers Lite White or Dairy Farmers Shape from a participating store in NSW or QLD; or
ii.purchase a 1 litre, 2 litre or 3 litre pack of Pura Original, Pura New, Pura Light Start, Pura Tone or PURA Skimmer from a participating store in VIC, SA or TAS;
b.retain the original purchase receipt and original product barcode for the qualifying purchase; and
c.visit
www.natfoods.com.au/cashcow and fully complete the online entry form by providing the entrant’s first name, surname, post code, telephone number, email address, store and State of purchase, the last 5 digits of the product barcode, and any other information as required by the Promoter.

4.Limit applies of one entry per household per day. Each entry requires a separate purchase of a participating product from a participating store.
5.The Promotion commences at 12.01 am AEST on 30/05/11 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST on 10/07/11 (Promotional Period).
6.There are a total of 6 major prizes to be won. Each major prize consists of $5,000 worth of grocery vouchers for use at Cornetts, Foodland, Drakes or IGA (including Ritchies & TIR) grocery stores. The type of voucher awarded will depend on the winner’s State of residence and the participating outlet from which the product was purchased (as disclosed by the winner at the time of entry). There is a limit of 1 major prize per person, per household. There are a total of 100 minor prizes to be won. Each minor prize consists of $100 worth of grocery vouchers for use at Cornetts, Foodland, Drakes or IGA (including Ritchies & TIR) grocery stores. The type of voucher awarded will depend on the winner’s State of residence and the participating outlet from which the product was purchased (as disclosed by the winner at the time of entry). There is a limit of 5 minor prizes per household/entrant. Total value of prizes = $40,000 (inc GST). All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. See clause 8 for further details about the different grocery vouchers.
7.The major prize draws will take place at 12.00 pm (AEST) every Monday from 06/06/11 to 11/07/11 inclusive at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207. The first valid entry drawn on each date will receive a major prize. The minor prize draw will take place at 12.00 pm (AEST) on Monday 11/07/11 at the same location as the major draws. The first 100 valid entries drawn in the minor prize draw will win a minor prize.
8.Prize conditions of use.
The type of grocery voucher each winner is awarded will depend on the winner’s State of residence and the participating outlet from which the product was purchased (as disclosed by the winner at the time of entry). For the avoidance of doubt, the winners (major and minor) will only be awarded one type of voucher.
If a winner informs the Promoter, at the time of being informed by the Promoter that they have won a prize, that they cannot redeem their prize due to their location of residence, the Promoter may, in its discretion, provide that prize winner with an alternative prize (i.e. a grocery voucher or vouchers for a different store). The alternative voucher(s) will be awarded in lieu of the original voucher(s) IGA vouchers and conditions of use
Where winners receive IGA vouchers (based on State of residence and store of purchase), the IGA vouchers will be provided in the form of 10 x $500 gift cards for the major prize winners, and 1 x $100 gift card for the minor prize winners. The provider of the IGA gift cards is Metcash Trading Ltd (ACN 000 031 569). IGA gift cards are redeemable at participating IGA stores (including Richies & TIR) within Australia, and do not have to be used in a single transaction. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. The gift card expires 12 months from the date of issue. No change will be given in respect of any transaction. The gift card cannot be used to obtain any cash advance and is not redeemable for cash. If the cost of a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the cardholder will be required to pay the difference between the purchase price and the gift card balance. Foodland vouchers and conditions of use
Where winners receive Foodland vouchers (based on State of residence and store of purchase), the Foodland vouchers will be provided in the form of 50 x $100 vouchers for major prize winners, and either 1 x $100 or 2 x $50 vouchers for minor prize winners. The provider of the Foodland vouchers is Impeach Pty Ltd (ACN 008 143 959). Foodland vouchers are redeemable at participating Foodland stores within Australia, and must be used in their entirety in a single transaction. For example, if a winner purchases $70 worth of groceries on a $100 voucher, no change will be given and the remaining $30 will be forfeited. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. No change will be given in respect of any transaction. The voucher cannot be used to obtain any cash advance and is not redeemable for cash or purchase of another voucher. The voucher may only be used to make purchases at participating stores for a total value up to the initial value. Where winners receive Drakes vouchers (based on State of residence and store of purchase), Drakes vouchers will be provided in the form of 50 x $100 gift cards for major prize winners, and 2 x $50 gift cards for minor prize winners. The Drakes gift card are issued by Drake Supermarkets Pty. Ltd. (ABN 22 084 438 773). A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. 9.Provisional winners will be notified by email and telephone within 2 days of the applicable draw, and the names of major prize winners will be published in The Australian 18/07/11.
10.If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 12/10/11 at 12.00 pm AEST at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207 in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Provisional winners will be notified by telephone and email within 2 days of the draw and the names of all unclaimed prize draw winners will be published in The Australian on 19/10/11.
11.Prizes will only be delivered within Australia. Allow 28 days for delivery.
12.Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decisions on all aspects relating to this Promotion are final and binding - no further correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.
13.If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the lottery authorities.
14.The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this Promotion.
15.If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the winner.
16.The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Metcash Trading Ltd, Impeach Pty Ltd, Drake Supermarkets Pty. Ltd. and ADCOME Pty Ltd (Prize Suppliers). The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of any of the Prize Suppliers or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which the Promoter cannot exclude by law or which is caused by the wilful misconduct or negligence of the Promoter.
