SUNSET BOULEVARD WIN A WARDROBE COMPETITION Terms & Conditions
1. The following information outlines the terms and conditions of entry into the ‘Sunset Boulevard Win A Wardrobe Competition’ (Competition) run by Forever New Clothing Pty Ltd (Forever New). Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on Monday 20th June 2011 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 10th July 2011 (Promotional Period).
3. To be eligible for entry into the Competition a person must be a resident of Australia or New Zealand, and not an employee of Forever New or its related entities (Eligible Person).
4. To enter into the Competition, an Eligible Person must make a purchase to the value of $100.00 AUD/NZD or more inclusive of GST, in a single transaction during the Promotional Period.
5. An Eligible Person must complete and submit an entry form in store at the time of purchase providing their contact details, attach a valid register receipt to the value of $100.00 AUD/NZD or more (inclusive of GST), and tell us in 25 words or less What is your favourite outfit in the Sunset Boulevard collection and why?
6. All entries must be received by Forever New before the end of the Promotional Period. Entry forms must be legible and completed in full to be considered a valid entry (Valid Entry). One entry per Eligible Person, per valid receipt is permitted.
7. All entries not deemed to be Valid Entry’s will be disregarded and destroyed.
8. All Valid Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by Forever New. The entries deemed the most original and creative by the panel of judges in each of the five Zones will each be awarded the Prize referred to in clause 10 below.
9. The competition is a game of skill. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The five winners (Competition Winners) will each receive a Forever New gift card to the retail value of $1,000.00AUD/NZD inclusive of GST (Prize). One winner will be chosen from each of the following zones as outlined below:
• Victoria
• New South Wales & ACT
• Queensland & Northern Territory
• South Australia and Western Australia
• New Zealand

11. All Competition Winners will be contacted via email on Friday 22nd July 2011.
12. The prizes are non transferable, exchangeable, replaceable, upgradeable or redeemable for cash.
12. The personal information collected as part of the Competition is for the purpose relating to and arising from this Competition. If you do not provide the information as requested, your entry will not be considered a Valid Entry. In conducting this promotion Forever New:
(a) will use your name and contact information collected from you solely for purposes relating to and arising from this Competition;
(b) may require the Competition Winner of the prize to provide proof of identity.
(c) will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect details being provided by entrants; and
(d) will publish the Competition Winner’s name and zone on the Forever New Facebook page and/or website.
