If you're a resident of an Adelaide suburb, simply send us a photo of your car or part of your car (eg, interior) to
ducorevival@adam.com.au, together with your name, address and phone number.
We will then upload your photo onto the "Competitions" tab on our website. The winner will be picked at 8:00pm on Wednesday, 6 July 2011. Remember - it's not all about the car. We're looking for some great photography of beautiful cars or shots of immaculate interiors - something special. We're not looking for the standard photo of your car in your driveway! Your car doesn't have to be worth a lot - we just want to see that you love your car and that it's well looked after!
No addresses or phone numbers will be available for public viewing. Please read the full Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry is only open to residents of Adelaide aged 18 years or over.
3.Promotion commences 8pm on 21/06/2011 and ends 8pm on 06/07/2011 (“Promotional Period”).
4.During the Promotional Period, entrants must enter the promotion by sending a photo of their car (whole or part of), together with their name, address and phone number to Duco Revival’s email address –
ducorevival@adam.com.au. Duco Revival will then upload photos into the “Competition Photo Gallery” under our "Competition" tab.
5.Entrants’ photographs must be in jpeg format and must not exceed 1meg.
6.Entrants must email a photograph of the car they wish the cut & polish performed on.
7.Without limiting the generality of the above, entries must not contain any material determined by Duco Revival in its absolute discretion to be obscene, offensive or inappropriate. Duco Revival will review each photograph for suitability for entry into the promotion. Duco Revival will then upload the photograph in the “Competition Photo Gallery” under our "Competition" tab on this site. Duco Revival reserves the right, at any time, to refuse to accept any entry or remove any entry from display that it deems, in its absolute discretion, to be obscene, offensive or inappropriate, or infringing upon the rights of any third party.
8.Duco Revival reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at Duco Revival’s discretion. Failure by Duco Revival to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9.Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
10.Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
11.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Duco Revival reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that multiple individuals are featured in an entry, the individual who submitted the entry will be deemed the entrant.
12.The winning entry will be decided at 8.00pm on Wednesday, 06 July 2011 in Adelaide.
13.Winners will be notified by phone and email. Duco Revival’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that Duco Revial requires in its sole discretion.
15.Total prize pool value is AUD$200.00. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and will expire by close of business on 31 December 2011.
16.When an entrant submits any materials via the promotion including comments, recordings and images (“Content”), the entrant, unless Duco Revival advises otherwise, licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use. Entrants warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.
17.Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit. Duco Revival shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. Duco Revival may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that: (a) they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that Duco Revival may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) they will obtain prior consent from any person or property that appears in their Content; (c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein; (d) their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and (e) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.
18.Entrants consent to Duco Revival using the entrant's name, likeness, image in the event they are a winner on Duco Revival’s social networking pages and/or on their website (
www.duco-revival.com) for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Duco Revival.
19.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Duco Revival, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Duco Revival reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
20.All entries become the property of Duco Revival.
21.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social networking site.
22.The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
