Entry
1.Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of Schering-Plough, its related companies, associated agencies, and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.
2.The promotion commences at 5:30 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 1st of March 2011. Entries close at 5:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 26th July, 2011.
3.To be eligible to win, entrants must visit
www.claratyne.com.au/winwithclaratyne/start and complete the entry form.
4.One entry per participant is permitted. Participants are allowed one extra entry for each time the promotion is forwarded to a friend, but there is a limit of one prize per email address and household.
5.The promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6.There will be one draw to award a total of 2 prizes.
7.The draw will be held on Thursday 28th of July, 2011 at Suite 502, Level 5 282 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, 2022, NSW commencing at 9:00 am (AEST). The first 2 valid entries drawn will win a Coles Myer gift voucher valued at $500 (including GST) each. The total prize value is $1,000 (including GST and fulfilment).
8.Valid entries are those with all sections of the entry form completed. Entries with any incorrect answer or answers are invalid, and are ineligible to win any prize. Illegible entries are invalid. The judges' decision is final. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9.Winners will be notified by phone and email and published on
www.claratyne.com.au at 11:00am Friday the 29th of July, 2011 and in The Australian newspaper on Friday the 29th of July, 2011.
10.In the event that there are any unclaimed prizes, a further draw will be held on Friday 28th October, 2011 at Suite 502, Level 5 282 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, 2022, NSW commencing at 11.00 am (AEST). The draw will be subject to any written directions given under State and Territory Lotteries Legislation. Winners will be notified by phone and email and published on

11.To the extent permitted by law, Schering-plough's liability in relation to this promotion and/or any of the prizes is limited to the cost of replacement of any benefit or prize won.
12.The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter and it's service providers may use their personal information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
13.The Promoter will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
14.Any costs associated with accessing the Promoter’s website is the entrant’s responsibility, and is dependent on the Internet Service Provider used by the entrant.
15.The prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the prize winner.
16.The Promoter reserves the right to request the prize winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
17.The prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
18.The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
19.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation.
