The following Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Speedo Aquacoach Watch’ Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”):
The Prize Draw is open to anyone aged eighteen (18) or over. The Prize Draw is specifically closed to (i) those who are resident in countries where it is prohibited to enter competitions and/or prize draws via Facebook; and (ii) employees of Speedo International Limited, Pentland Brands plc, and any associated companies, and their families
To enter (i) click the ‘Like’ tab and (2) enter your name and email details on the Speedo Facebook page (the “Entry”) at
www.facebook.com/speedo. Entrants must ensure that they provide a valid email address and are contactable at this email address.
This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to Speedo International Limited and not to Facebook. The information provided will only be used for purposes as detailed in clause 12.
The Prize Draw opens at 09:00 am (GMT) on 23 June 2011 and the closing date is at 5:00 pm (GMT) on 31 July 2011. No entries shall be accepted before the start date or after the closing date. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. The Promoter cannot acknowledge receipt of Draw entries and shall not be responsible for any entries lost or damaged in transit.
NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW. You do not have to buy or subscribe to any Speedo product in order to enter this Prize Draw.
There are ten (10 Speedo AQUACOACH watches in total to be won (the “Prize”). There will be ten winners each winning one (1) prize of a Speedo AQUACOACH watch (the “Winners”).
The Promoter will arrange delivery of each Prize to an agreed address. Please allow twenty eight (28) days for delivery of a Prize from the date on which an address is provided to the Promoter. The Promoter shall not be liable for the condition of a Prize whilst in transit.
The Winners will be drawn at random on 1 August 2011 from all entries received. The Winners will be notified by email on 5th August 2011 and Winners must claim their Prize by 31 August 2011. If a Winner has not claimed their prize by 31 August 2011, the Promoters reserve the right to select another winner at random and award the prize to this entry.
The Draw will be made by an independent person and the Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The Winners agree to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity at the request of the Promoter.

The Prize may be altered or varied at the Promoter’s sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. The Prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative and the Prize is non-transferable.
Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this Prize Draw. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from the Promoter then your personal data may be used for such purposes, including direct marketing.All information submitted to the Promoter as part of this Prize Draw will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy at

www.speedo.co.uk and will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Prize Draw at its sole discretion.
The Promoter of this Prize Draw is Speedo International Limited, Speedo House, Enterprise Way, NG2 Business Park, Nottingham, NG2 1EN.
By entering this Prize Draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. English law governs this Prize Draw and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
