As we approach our first six months online, The Dragon's Hoard is holding a Christmas in July themed contest. We've made a brand a new pair of earrings and want YOU to name it! This design is made from Peridot gemstone chips and Ruby Swarovski crystals - ruby is the traditional birthstone for July! Entry into this competition is free! Suggest a name for our new piece, and the winner will receive their copy of these earrings, valued at $20.

Requirements
To be eligible, you must 'Like' The Dragon's Hoard on Facebook and email your answer to the question, 'What name would you give these Christmas in July themed earrings?' and confirm your Facebook identity.
Both parts of your entry must be submitted by the closing date, Sunday, 17 July, 2011, 12:00 noon WST (Perth time).
No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest.

Prize
There will be one(1) prize winner who will receive a copy of the pair of earrings which they have named in this contest.
Terms & Conditions
Note: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to The Dragon's Hoard and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for delivering email updates and winner notification.
1. Entry into the contest is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The contest commences at 22:00 WST (Perth time) on Thursday, 16 June, 2011 and ends at 12:00 noon WST (Perth time) on Sunday, 17 July, 2011.
3. Entry is open only to those over the age of 18.
4. Eligible entrants will receive one entry into the contest when they 'Like' The Dragon's Hoard on Facebook and email confirmation of their Facebook identity and their answer to the question, 'What name would you give these Christmas in July themed earrings?'.
5. Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. The Dragon's Hoard reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
7. The winner will be picked based on their submission's relevance and creativity in answering the contest question, 'What name would you give these Christmas in July themed earrings?'. The Dragon's Hoard reserves the right at its sole discretion to choose the winner in this event.
8. The judging will take place at 08:00 WST (Perth time) on Monday, 18 July, 2011 at The Dragon's Hoard studio. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will be notified via email within two business days of the draw date.
10. The winner will be required to provide their name and physical postal address to receive their prize. The Dragon's Hoard keeps all personal information collected over the course of the contest private and confidential.
11. There will be one(1) prize. The winning entry will receive a copy of the pair of earrings named in this contest. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered, and must be accepted as awarded.
12. The prize will be sent by post to the prize winner within one month from the draw date. The Dragon's Hoard will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
13. The Dragon's Hoard will take no responsibility if the prize winner's contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
14. If the contest winner does not respond to The Dragon's Hoard winner notification email within seven(7) days, The Dragon's Hoard reserves the right at its sole discretion to re-draw the contest and award the prize to a new winner.
15. The Dragon's Hoard reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes including, and without limitation, on Facebook and The Dragon's Hoard website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.
16. All entries and material submitted in connection with the contest becomes property of The Dragon's Hoard who may use the material.
17. By entering, the participant releases The Dragon's Hoard, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, loss, or damage, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this contest or the possession, use, misuse of, or inability to use a prize.
