To pay homage to the men and women who work the land, Farm Fantastic have launched the exciting competition Fantastic Farmer.
Fantastic Farmer will pit farmer against farmer in a battle of wits, farming knowlege, farming skills and fun challenges. Girls our third place finalist last year was female so you can win this one.

So are you up for the challenge? Here's what it's all about!
The elimination rounds!

There will be elimination rounds and the best out of each round totalling a final eight will go into the finals. All Entrants will be timed and the best times will make the finals.

Electric fence obstacle course: Farmers are called upon to mend fences regularly, watch the sparks fly as contestants negotiate the course, while avoiding the fence. The big question will be is the fence on or off?

Don’t kick the bucket: The entrant must be able to water the cows quickly. The entrant cart buckets of water (without spilling a drop) as fast as possible around a series of obstacles to fill up the trough – and returns to fill the buckets again. The fastest runner who carts the most water back and forward in the shortest time wins.

Clara challenge: This one will be a mix of tasks given by Clara our mascot on the day - worth the challenge for the $2000.00 winners CASH.

The Final

And here the fun starts in earnest. In the grand arena at Farm Fantastic, egged on by an enthusiastic crowd of family, friends and supporters, entrants face ...

Muster Time: Build a pen, then herd Clara Cow and assorted other animals into the pen, while sculling a Solo squash ( spin-off of the great advertisement of the 1970s).

Barrow Burnout: Entrants push a wheelbarrow around an obstacle course.

Judges for Fantastic Farmer will be from Morayfield Shopping Centre - Ann Wheeler Marketing Manager, Farmer Brian from Mt Mee and legendary Jamie Dunn.

Entry Information and Form
Entrants must be over the age of 18 and accept our terms and conditions ( Terms and Conditionsclick here! to read ). Entrants will be supplied with a singlet embossed with the Fantastic Farmer logo, and a water bottle supplied by Anaconda.
