By simply telling us about a mushroom dish you enjoyed while eating out in July, YOU COULD WIN $100. Australia Mushroom Growers are giving $100 to the Best Mushroom Review in each state, every week during July.
You can enter as many times as you like, so why not try a different restaurant or café every night. All the restaurants,cafés and bistros are big fans of mushrooms and do magnificent mushroom dishes. So take a look at the Locality Guide, click around and see what takes your fancy.
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all legal residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter, log onto
www.mushroommania.com.au simply register the details required and write and submit a review about a mushroom dish that you enjoyed when you dined out during July, 2011.
4. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per person for a mushroom dish per restaurant, café, bistro, pub or club (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
5. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. The promotion commences at 1 am AEST on 1 July 2011 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 31 July 2011. The promotion will be judged by Australian Mushroom Growers representatives.
7. Each week, one review for a restaurant in each state ie QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA and TAS will be selected from all the reviews, posted on the Mushroom Mania blog review. You do not have to live in that state to review a mushroom dish that you enjoyed.
The first weeks winners will be determined on Friday 8 July, 2011
The second weeks winners will be determined on Friday 15 July, 2011
The third weeks winners will be determined on Friday 22 July, 2011
The fourth and final winners will be determined on Monday 1 August, 2011
8. The best entries as deemed by the judges from each of the state entries will receive an

9. The total prize pool is $2,400.00.
10. Winners will be notified by email and their name and suburb, posted on
www.mushroommania.com.au website from 10 July to 2 August 2011.
11. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice found on the

12. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained, to person or property (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in any way related to this competition, or using or participating in, the prizes.
13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter subject to State and Territory regulations, reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is involved in the tampering of the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
14. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation of transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
15. All personal information collected by the promoter in relation to this competition will be handled in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy.
16. All entrants into the Mushroom Mania Review Blog competition will become a member of the Mushrooms Lovers Club and receive regular Newsletters that provide mushroom recipes, health information, cooking tips and hints and alerts to new Australian Mushroom Growers competitions
17. The promoter is Australian Mushroom Growers Association Ltd (ABN 30 001 491 461), 2 Forbes Street, Windsor, NSW 2756. The promoter reserves the right to use winners' names, addresses and photographs for promotional purposes. All entries remain the property of the promoter.
