One lucky visitor to the National 4x4 & Outdoors Show, Fishing and Boating Expo will win a $10,000 Anaconda Adventure Package which includes a Kayaking/Fishing package and a Camping package.
To enter, simply fill out the entry form which will be located in the office show guide (can be collected upon entry to the show) and place it in the barrel located on the Anaconda stands (located in 4x4 & Outdoors Hall 2 and Fishing & Boating Pavilion). The winner will be announced at 4pm on Sunday on the Waeco Outback Stage.

Terms and Conditions
1) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2) Entry is open to Australian residents who attend the National 4x4 & Outdoors Show,
Fishing and Boating Expo, Melbourne Showgrounds 2 – 4 September 2011. Employees of the
Promoter and/or the prize suppliers, Anaconda Group Pty Ltd and their immediate families
and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3) Upon purchasing an entry ticket to the show, visitors will receive an entry form for the major
prize. Entries are to be placed in the barrel on the Anaconda stands, located in the 4x4 &
Outdoors Hall (2) and the Fishing & Boating Pavilion.
4) The promotion commences on Friday 2nd September 2011 (10am EST) and the promotion
closes on Sunday 4th September 2011 (3pm EST). All entries must be received
by 3pm Sunday 4th September 2011. The prize will be drawn 4pm EST Sunday 4th
September 2011, at the Outback Stage (main stage) at the National 4x4 & Outdoors Show,
Fishing and Boating Expo, Melbourne Showgrounds, Epsom Rd, Ascot Vale, VIC 3032. The
winner's name and suburb will be read out to the crowd. The winner will then be contacted via
phone and in writing. The winner will also be published in official press release following
the National 4x4 & Outdoors Show, Fishing and Boating Expo (Sent via Fluid PR - official PR
agency). The winner’s name will be printed within the Herald Sun newspaper on
Friday 9th September 2011.
5) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to collect their prize from the Anaconda Bayswater
Store, located at 300 Canterbury Road (Cnr Bayswater Road) Bayswater, VIC 4053.
6) This competition is not valid with any other promotion.
7) One entry will be selected at random as the winner. The competition is a game of chance
and all entrants have equal chance of winning. The judge’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the prize winner and will win the prize “Anaconda
Adventure Package” valued up to $10,052.46 inc GST (which includes a kayaking/fishing
package and a camping package) provided by Anaconda Group Pty Ltd.
9) The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10) If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years as at 4th September 2011 the prize will be
awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
11) If the winner cannot be contacted or located after 90 days of the draw the prize will be
forfeited and a second draw will take place to determine another winner on Monday 5th
December 2011 at 10am (EDST) in the offices of Exhibition & Trade Fairs Pty Ltd, Unit 5/ 25
Lemana Lane, Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220. The winner will be contacted via phone and in
writing and the winner’s name will be printed within the Herald Sun newspaper on
Friday 9th December 2011.
12) The Promoter reserves the right to request winner’s proof of identity and age.
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
13) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
14) In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the
right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to state regulations.
15) The Promoter accepts no responsibilities for any late, lost or mis-directed entries.
16) All entries become the property of the Promoter; the database will be available to the
official prize supplier “Anaconda Group Pty Ltd” but not be sold or transferred to any other
company or person without consent.
