gorman give away terms and conditions

the promotion will start and close at the advertised date and time.
the prize draw will be held at gorman head office the day after the promotion closes.
the prize is limited to one prize winner.
the winner will be selected at random after the advertised closing date and will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. if the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, an alternative winner may be chosen. our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
prizes will be sent to the winner within 10 days.
gorman reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable.
if the price does not fit the customer an exchange of size or style will be offered to the same value of the dress won.
the prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
gorman is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate or damaged entries.
gorman may wish to use winners' names for editorial and publicity purposes on the site or email communications. it is a condition of entry to the prize draw that you agree to this use of your name.
