DTAL Student Survey Competition
DriveSafe NT, a refocussed and renewed subsidised driver education and training program will replace the current DTAL scheme in 2012.
The program will have a broader reach with participants aged 16-25 able to access the program in the four major centres of the Territory, ensuring more Territorians are able to improve their prospects of employment upon successful completion.
In order for this new program to be successful and provide students with an enjoyable and valuable driver training experience, your honest feedback on your experiences within the DTAL Program is essential.
How to enter:
•To go into the draw to win an IPAD applicants must have completed either Theory 1 or Theory 2 within the DTAL program
•Complete the survey via:
1.The DTAL Student Survey online; Or
2.Print and complete a hard copy of the survey and send to:

The Winner
•The first form drawn with survey information supplied will be the winner of the competition.
•Competition Closes 7 September 2011
•The winner will be drawn on 14 September 2011
Terms and Conditions
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Entry is open to members of the public. Employees of the Department of the Lands and Planning are ineligible.
3.The competition will open on 23 August 2011 and close on 7 September 2011.
4.Entrants must fill out the DLP Student Survey Form and answer all questions relating the program. The form will be put into a barrel to be drawn on 14 September 2011. The first form drawn with all questions answered will be the winner of the competition.
5.The iPad will be posted to the winners.
6.The maximum value of the prize is $726. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7.The Department of Lands and Planning reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8.Multiple entries are not permitted.
9.The Department of Lands and Planning shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
