ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open at 6.00am on Monday 19th September 2011 and will close at 11.59pm on Sunday 2nd of October 2011 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own discretion

ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

Entry is available to permanent residents of - Western Australia.
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the Registration Period, MIX 94.5 will air a promo soliciting listeners to enter the Competition by registering their details at the website including the following information:
(a) Name
(b) Address
(c) State
(d) Postcode
(e) ContactTelephoneNumber
(f) Email address
Entrants will be required to enter into a game of skill and correctly identify the four attractions from the IGA Perth Royal Show from a picture gallery.
(“Entry”)
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
All entrants that correctly identify the four attractions will go into a random draw to win. Any entrants that do not identify the attractions correctly are not eligible to win. The judges decision is final and no contesting will be entered into.

ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS

There will be two (2) prize draws. The first prize draw will take place at 10.00am on Monday 26th of September 2011 and the second prize draw will





take place at 10:00 am Monday the 3rd of October 2011 at MIX 94.5 of 450 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008. The draw will be a manual random draw.
There will be a maximum of twenty (20) winners drawn randomly from all the entrants that correctly identified the attractions. There will be Ten (10) winners drawn in the first draw and Ten (10) winners drawn in the second draw.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be a maximum of twenty (20) prizes.
Each prize will consist of one (1) of the following:
One (1) x Family Pass to the 2011 IGA Perth Royal Show
Each Prize is valued at a maximum of : $62.00 (x20) Total maximum value of all prizes: $1,240.00

A FAMILY is considered to be:
2 Adults and 2 Children OR 1 Adult and 4 children. Children are 13 to 15 years inclusive, Secondary Students under 18 years with a "Transperth Secondary Smartrider" card or a school issued Photo ID Card. Thanks to the State Government’s support of CHOGM 2011, all children aged 12 years and under will receive FREE entry to this year’s IGA Perth Royal Show when accompanied by an adult. All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
