To celebrate the release of Tim Winton's cloudstreet on DVD and Blu-Ray on October 20, Roadshow Entertainment and showcase are giving you the chance to win 1 of 10 prize packs each including the DVD box set of the miniseries and a signed cloudstreet novel.

Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry is open to all Australian residents, 16 years of age or over, who are current, active SHOWTIME residential subscribers and remain so for the duration of the promotion, and on the draw date. If an entrant is under the age of 16 years, the Promoter requests that the Entrant obtains the prior consent of the Entrant's parent or guardian before entering the promotion.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, FOXTEL, OPTUS and AUSTAR, and their related corporations and associated agencies, are ineligible to enter.

The promotion commences at 12.01 pm (EST) on 1/10/2011 and entries close at 11.59 pm (EST) on 16/10/2011 (Promotion Period).
Participants can enter by visiting www.showtime.com.au and must:
a) register with the SHOWTIME site;
b) complete and submit the on-line form including but not limited to name, address, phone number, DOB, email address and gender
c) provide an answer to the question "In 25 words or less tell us, which cloudstreet character is your favourite and why?"

Entries will be limited to one per person. Maximum of five entries per household.
No responsibility will be taken for any late, ineligible or lost entries. Entries that are not genuine, are incomplete, late, or if the entrant is not a current for the Promotion Period and on the draw date, will be declared void.
This promotion is a game of skill. Valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, originality and humour. The judging will take place at 10.00 am (EST) on 17/10/11 at SHOWTIME, Level 1, Building 215 Bent Street, The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park NSW 2021. Winners will be notified by email which, for security purposes, will request confirmation of the winner's full name and address. Failure of a winner to respond within 28 days to the email notification and request for confirmation of the winner's details will result in revocation and reallocation of the prize. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Competition entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may engage authorised third parties to effect, on the Promoter's behalf, delivery and fulfilment of prizes.
Prizes: 10 prize packs each containing a a Tim Winton's cloudstreet DVD box set ($59.95) and a signed copy of Tim Winton's cloudstreet tie-in edition novel ($26.95).
Total prize value: AU$869. All above prize values include GST. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and does not include.

The Promoter, FOXTEL, OPTUS, AUSTAR, their related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for, and shall be held harmless from, any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of, or arising from, the winner's acceptance and use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in, or down-loading of, any materials in, or in relation to, this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
If the Promoter becomes aware of any Participant who supplies false or misleading information for registration or entry in the Promotion including under:

An address which is not their permanent residence;
An identity which is not their correct legal identity;
Multiple, differing email addresses
The entries awarded to that Participant will be cancelled and if they have received prizes, they will be recoverable by the Promoter on demand. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for any supporting documentation or evidence in order to determine the above. The Participant will not have any claim against the Promoter.
Should a Participant's contact details change during the Promotional period, it is the Participant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. If the Promoter is not notified then the entry will be deemed as invalid.
The Promoter is not liable for the cancellation of all or any part of the prizes ('Prizes'), the Promoter reserves the right to change the Prizes at any time if the Prize or a component of the Prize becomes unavailable. The Promoter is not liable for the repair or replacement of Prizes, or components of Prizes which are defective, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the case of South Australia, this condition is subject to the relevant South

Australian legislation. The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, failure of delivery or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance by the winner of these Terms and Conditions and approval to use the winner's name and photograph for publicity purposes. Subject to these terms and conditions, neither the Promoter nor its associated agencies will allow any unauthorised third party to access information on any entrant in the Tim Winton's cloudstreet competition.
