TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SPY KIDS. ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD PROMOTION

1.  Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.  Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.  The Promoter is Mike Da Silva & Associates (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABN 50 003 894 022), of 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 ("Promoter").

3.  The promotion commences at 1am (AEST) on 20 September 2011 and concludes at 5pm (AEST) on 25 September 2011 ("Promotion Period").

4.  Entry is open only to members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program who are residents of Australia ("Eligible Entrants"), excluding:

(a) officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Qantas Airways Limited and their respective related bodies corporate; and (b) members whose Qantas Frequent Flyer account is suspended or terminated at any time prior to or during the Promotion Period.

5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: watch the movie trailer at www.qfpromo.com.au/spykids ("Promotion Site"). When it has finished, submit their full name and address, state of residence, Qantas Frequent Flyer number, e-mail address and any other required details to the Promotion Site, together with an answer to the following: "Provide 4 words which you think best describes the SPY KIDS. ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD".

6.  Each Eligible Entrant is permitted only one entry only into this promotion.

7.  The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.

8.  The Promoter will appoint a panel of judges to judge entries based on the creativity of the answers submitted.  The judging will take place at the Promoter's premises at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 on 26 September 2011 at 10.30am (AEST). 

9. There are 150 prizes, each consisting of an Inseason Pass for two people to the movie SPY KIDS. ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD ("Movie Pass").  Based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing, the maximum value of each Movie Pass is A$36 and the maximum value of the prize pool is A$5,400. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize.

10. The Promoter will award, to each of the best entries (as determined by the judges based on the criteria in paragraph Cool the 150 double inseason Movie Pass prizes to winners across all relevant States in the following manner:

a) from all valid entries submitted by Eligible Entrants residing in New South Wales,
one of 30 inseason passes for two people to the movie SPY KIDS. ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD.

(b) from all valid entries submitted by Eligible Entrants residing in Victoria, one of 30 inseason passes for two people to the movie SPY KIDS. ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD.

(c) from all valid entries submitted by Eligible Entrants residing in Queensland, one of 30 inseason passes for two people to the movie SPY KIDS. ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD.

(d) from all valid entries submitted by Eligible Entrants residing in South Australia, one of 30 inseason passes for two people the movie SPY KIDS. ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD.

(e) from all valid entries submitted by Eligible Entrants residing in Western Australia, one of 30 inseason passes for two people to the movie SPY KIDS. ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD.

11.  Each Movie Pass is only valid for the movie identified in paragraph 10.  Movie Passes are valid for the conditions printed on them.  The prizes do not include any travel or transportation.

12.  The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

13.  Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. If a Movie Pass is not used in accordance with the conditions specified on that Movie Pass, it will be forfeited and no compensation will be payable to a winner. The Movie Pass is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter.  As a condition directed by the film's distributors, mobile phones and mobile cameras will not be allowed in the cinemas.

14.  All winners will be notified by mail that they are a winner within seven business days of the judges' decision, together with their inseason movie passes.

15.  The Promoter, Qantas Airways Limited, their related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

16.  If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

17. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.  The name and photograph of each winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter and Qantas Airways Limited, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.  Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.  Without limiting the foregoing, entrants' personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available by contacting the Promoter, Mike Da Silva & Associates (Aust) Pty Ltd of 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 or by eMail: mdasilva@mdsa.com.au
