WIN AN INTERIOR DECORATOR PACKAGE FROM COMO!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry to the competition is open to all New South Wales Residents except Homemaker Megamall Auburn employees and immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion.
3. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
4. To enter, simply complete an official entry form and place the completed entry form in the entry barrel located on Level 1 opposite COMO. Entry forms can be obtained by making a purchase of $50 or more in one transaction at any Homemaker Megamall Auburn participating retail outlet from 9.00am on Saturday, 1 October 2011 to 5.00pm Sunday, 30 October 2011. Layby deposits excluded.
5. Multiple entries permitted, however, the purchase in one single transaction must be made on any one (1) given day.
6. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry. Entrants who make a refund on a qualifying purchase will not be entitled to receive an entry or a prize in respect to that transaction.
7. The competition commences at 9.00am on Saturday, 1 October 2011 and entries close at 5.00pm on Sunday, 30 October 2011.
8. The prize draw will take place at 12.00pm on Monday, 31 October 2011 on Level 1 opposite COMO.
9. The entrant specified on the first entry drawn at Homemaker Megamall Auburn will be deemed “Provisional Winner” of the specified prize and no further correspondence will be entered into.
10. An entry form is invalid if illegible, forged, and incomplete or is a copy of the official entry form.
11. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.
12. The total prize pool is valued at $5,300. The prize includes:

13. The prize includes a consultation with an Interior Decorator at a location within the Sydney Metropolitan Area and a $5,000 COMO Gift Voucher. If winner is outside the Sydney Metropolitan Area, the consultation will take place at COMO on Level 1 at Homemaker Megamall Auburn. Delivery is also included for locations within Sydney. Delivery is not included for any locations outside Sydney.
14. The value of the prizes is correct at the time of publication. The prize value may change or vary. The promoter agrees to provide the prize.
15. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable or exchangeable.
16. The winners must claim their prize within 90 days of the date of the draw.
17. Prize must be taken on the date and location specified by the promoter.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value and reserves the right to substitute the prize or any portion of the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. The prize, including any unused portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
19. In order to be eligible to take any prize, each entrant must be able to take it at the specified time. The winner will be notified by phone on Monday, 31 October2011 and their name will be advertised on the Centre website

20. The Retailer’s normal terms and conditions will apply to use of gift vouchers.
21. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
22. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
23. The following process will apply to the awarding of the unclaimed prize:
Unclaimed Prize Draw: In order to award a prize, as determined by the Promoter but of equivalent value to the prize, a draw may take place at the same time and place as the original draw on Monday, 30 January 2012 subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The draw will exclude any ineligible winners. The winner will be notified by mail and phone and their name will be advertised on the Homemaker Megamall Auburn website
www.homemakermegamall.com.au on Wednesday, 1 February 2012 for a period of 2 weeks.
24. By accepting the prize and/or participating in the promotion, the customer/winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on behalf of the Promoter in relation to this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the customer/winners’ name, state, suburb and photograph through any print and electronic media and broadcasts in connection with the competition without any further compensation or payment to the customer/winner, and the customer/winner hereby consents to this. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
25. The winner must be over 18 years of age. In the event that the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
26. Proof of identity will be required when claiming prizes.
27. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
28. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, in the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
29. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, as appropriate.
30. The promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrants may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any case of media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrants. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners names publicised as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the promoter at their address set out below.
