TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEF LEPPARD PROMOTION

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio DEF LEPPARD promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 26th September till Friday 7th October 2011.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to enter their details on www.radiozinc.com.au:

3. PRIZE
There will be one prize of:

2 x tickets to Def Leppard Brisbane Show 27th October, 2011
1 x night accommodation for two people in same room for night of 27th October, 2011
Flights to Brisbane from winner’s nearest major city (Cairns / Townsville / Mackay / Rockhapmton / Gladstone)
No flights will be awarded if winner is from the Sunshine Coast
4. GENEAL PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize must be taken at the time of the event and subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
Any extension / changes to the prize shall incur costs to the prize winner.
Winner must be 18 years of age or older to take the prize.
Prize does not include transfers and does not include any food / drinks.

5. PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
All pricing is valid at the time of writing and is subject to availability at time of booking. All incidentals, E.g. meals, travel insurance, transfers, visas (if required) and personal spending is the responsibility of the prizewinner (unless these items are included and noted in the above packages).
If any of the above packages are not available at the time of booking a package of a similar nature will be substituted.
These prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Once the prize is booked the prize is then not transferrable and is non refundable.

6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.

7. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
The major prize winner will be phoned Monday 10th October 2011.

8. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

9. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner will be randomly drawn from registered contestants who register a valid entry at www.radiozinc.com.au
