The "Win an ultimate Vanuatu Fishing Escape & Fin-Nor tackle pack" is conducted by Ocean Blue Fishing trading as On Que PTY LTD, ABN 96 076 382 888, of 26-32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont Sydney NSW 2009.

By registering for the promotion, individuals accept these conditions:

Information on how to participate in this promotion
All references to times and dates are to times and dates in Sydney, which may be Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") or Australian Eastern Daylight Time ("AEDT") depending on the date.
The word "including" means "including without limitation" and "includes", "included" and "in particular" are also to be understood as being without limitation.

Eligibility
Participation in the promotion is only open to "Eligible Persons". An "Eligible Person" is an individual who:

The "Promotion Period" opens on 3rd October 2011 at 9am & ends on 18th December 2011 at Midnight.

Participation in the Promotion
Each Eligible person who wishes to participate in the promotion must become a member of the Ocean Blue Club.

To register as an Ocean Blue member, an Eligible person must use a compatible internet browser to visit the promotion website and follow the directions. To commence the process to become an Ocean Blue member, Eligible person must confirm their agreement to these Conditions on the website and must provide:

- Their first and last names
- The State in which they reside and their residential postcode
- A current, valid e-mail address, to which correspondence from the promoter to the person may be sent; and

General Conditions
The promoter may vary these Conditions or the promotion in any way, in whole or in part at any time, provided that sufficient notice is given. Notice may be given via the promotion website or facebook. Draw
The winner will be drawn out using Excel number generator which is OLGR approved.

The draw will take place on Monday 19th December at 1pm at 26-32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont Sydney NSW 2009. The draw will be conducted by an independent person who is not employee of either Promoters.

The winner will be notified via email & phone.

The winner's details will be posted at www.escapeyourworld.com within 1 week of draw date.

Redraw Provision:
If the winner does not claim his/her prize within 3 months of draw date (19/12/11) a redraw will take place on Tues 20th March 2012 at 26-32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont Sydney NSW 2009.

The redraw winner will be notified via email & phone.

The winners details will be posted at www.escapeyourworld.com within 1 week of re-draw date.

Prize Conditions
Where a prize is unavailable for any reason that prize may be substituted with another prize of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments, where required.

Total holiday value not to exceed $5000. It is the winner responsibility to pay for additional requirements. Charges will apply accordingly. Winner is to take out own travel insurance.

If winner is under 18, winner must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent.

Ocean Blue Fishing Voucher Conditions
Vouchers are equivalent in value to an AUD$100 discount
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
Vouchers are valid for one use per year only, to be automatically renewed at the end of each year
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with certain Ocean Blue Fishing Adventures special offers
Vouchers can only be redeemed on trips that include 3 or more full days fishing.
Non-anglers are not eligible to redeem a voucher

$100 discount will be deducted from the final payment made for the trip. Initial deposit must still be 20% of the total trip cost
