A slice of vintage royal drama arrives on DVD this month in the shape of 2001 ITV drama Bertie and Elizabeth. In honour of the occasion we have five copies of the DVD for you to win!

With a screenplay from the famed Nigel Williams and starring roles for James Wilby and Juliet Aubrey, Bertie and Elizabeth takes an inside look at the marriage of George VI and his wife Lady Elizabeth Bowes Lyon, taking us from their first meeting in 1920 to their roles as the King and Queen of England following the abdication of Bertie’s brother Edward VII.

Highly timely after the success of The Kings Speech, Bertie and Elizabeth is a hugely accessible and highly enjoyable period drama with top notch performances from the leads as well as the likes of Eileen Atkins, Alan Bates, Robert Hardy and Corin Redgrave.
