Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the HUGGIES® Win a Gold Coast Family Holiday Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 10:00:00 AEDT on 1 February 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 AEDT on 31 January 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:

if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
4. follow the Special Offers links to the Promotion;
5. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) and answer in 25 words or less why you need a holiday of family fun at the Paradise Resort Gold Coast and Dreamworld; and;
6. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
7. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.
8. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry (1) from all valid entries received during the Draw Period at 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061.
Draw 1 entries received during February 2011 will be judged on 2nd March 2011
Draw 2 entries received during March 2011will be judged on 6th April 2011
Draw 3 entries received during April 2011will be judged on 4th May 2011
Draw 4 entries received during May 2011will be judged on 8th June 2011
Draw 5 entries received during June 2011will be judged on 6th July 2011
Draw 6 entries received during July 2011will be judged on 3rd August 2011
Draw 7 entries received during August 2011will be judged on 7th September 2011
Draw 8 entries received during September 2011will be judged on 5th October 2011
Draw 9 entries received during October 2011will be judged on 2nd November 2011
Draw 10 entries received during November 2011will be judged on 7th December 2011
Draw 11 entries received during December 2011will be judged on 11th January 2012
Draw 12 entries received during January 2011will be judged on 8th February 2012
9. The best valid entry (1) in each draw will each receive a HUGGIES® Win a Family Fun Holiday Promotion Prize, valued at RRP $976.00. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $11,712.00.
The prize includes:
• 2 nights accommodation in a Resort room for 2 adults and 2 children.
And Includes 1 Zone 4 Kids session daily for 0-4 year olds and 2 sessions daily for 5-12 year olds. Full Buffet breakfast daily for 2 adults and 2 children in Sinbads Restaurant. Rack rate value is $730 incl GST
• One family pass to Dreamworld valued at $246.00 (2 Adults + 2 Children)
10. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable). The prize is subject to availability and excludes School Holidays and Peak Periods. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date.
11. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners names will be published on the Huggies Website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied
13. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 6th April 2012 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on
www.huggies.com.au.
19. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and promotions from Huggies® unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
