TERMS AND CONDITIONS (OF WHICH INSTRUCTIONS FORM PART) Venergy Win A Solar System

1. The Venergy Win A Solar System draw will take place on 18 June 2012 at 12:00pm. The commencement date is 10 June 2011 and closing date is 9 June 2012.

2. Each valid entry received will be entered for 1 chance into the draw.

3. By entering online;  placing an approved coupon in the entry box at the Venergy Pty Ltd (“ Venergy”) stand at shopping centres; returning survey responses issued in the reply paid envelope provided to GPO Box 2697 Adelaide SA 5001; or calling our 1800 number that appears on the Venergy television commercial which is aired from time to time.

4. The total value of the prize is $5,580.00 at the time of these T&C’s being written minus the STC value which will be assigned to the promoter.

5. To qualify for drawing, all entries must be in before the closing date.

6. No liability can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

7. Proof of posting is no proof of receipt.

8. The promoter is Venergy Pty Ltd ABN 88 139 522 213.

9. Only one entry per household.

10. No correspondence will be entered into other than with the winner.

11. The winner will be the first correctly completed entry (to include daytime contact phone number) selected at random from all entries received.

12. In the event of an unclaimed prize a redraw will be held at 12.00pm on 12 September 2012 at Venergy 703 Port Road Woodville SA 5011. An unclaimed prize includes when the draw is made and the person drawn is deceased at the time of the drawing.

13. The promoter is not responsible for any printing, production, typographical, transmission or other errors or failures.

14. The Win a Solar System is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 excluding:-
        - all employees of Venergy, their agents or anyone connected with the offer; and
        - those with solar panels already installed on their house.

15. Please note that you must own your house and not be a tenant for solar panels to be installed on the premises and Venergy takes no responsibility for this.

16. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their roof is big enough for the solar panels.

17. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they are not in breach of any strata title by-laws by installing the solar system on their roof.

18. After the Solar System has been installed the STC value is to be attributed back to Venergy.

19. From time to time we may make your details available to companies with products or services that may interest you. [ ] Cross this box if you do not and your name and address to be disclosed.

20. Winners may at their option receive $1,200.00 cash in lieu of the prize.

21. The minimum prize value is $5,580.00 for a Venergy 1.44kw Solar System- installation and delivery included in South Australia & Western Australia metropolitan areas only.

22. Installation is strictly available to South Australian & Western Australian premises only.

23. The ability to export electricity through the solar panels is subject to the terms and conditions of the Electricity Retailer you use, and beyond the control of Venergy. If you are approved by your Electricity Retailer you will have to install an Import/Export Meter at a cost to be born by you. In some exceptional circumstances the Electricity Retailer may charge additional fees to export electricity.

24. The prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing within 14 days of the draw, this will include the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered and installed.SA Licence number: T11/1176
