The promotion "Win Free Financial Advice for LIFE & $5,000 cash" will run from 17 October 2011 to 30 November 2011. The Promoter is Yellow Brick Road Holdings Limited.
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
Subject to the other limitations set out here, to enter and be eligible to win, entrants must follow all instructions stated on the online entry form,
describe in 100 words or less how $5,000 cash would improve their financial future, and select their favourite celebrity. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The competition will commence at [10:00am] on Monday 17 October 2011, and entries will close at 11:59 PM AEST on Wednesday 30 November 2011.
The winner will be judged on or before Friday 2nd December 2011 at the offices of the Promoter, and will be notified by phone and/or email.
A prize will be awarded to the eligible entrant who submits the most creative and well-written entry as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The best entry will win a cheque made out in the winner’s name to the value of $5,000.00, plus free financial advice from Yellow Brick Road Wealth Management Pty Limited, ABN 93 128 650 037 (AFSL 323 825) ("YBRWM") for a period of life. The free financial advice portion of this prize consists of a review of the circumstances of the winner, detailed financial plan, and annual reviews of that plan for the life of the nominated winner.
In the event YBRWM ceases to operate within the winners lifetime , the Promoter and YBRWM will be released from any obligation to continue to provide the prize.
Prizes must be redeemed in full by 1st December 2012.
The three runners up will each receive an Apple iPad 32GB with Wi-Fi.
Judges decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
If for any reason the Promoter cannot contact the winner to claim the prize or if the winner is unable to attend any part of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize and it will be awarded to the entrant with the next best selected entry in the competition which has not already been awarded a prize. The Promoter will not be liable to a winner who cannot be contacted and thus will forfeit their prize.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason; (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish/promote the winner’s story and information on how they may have benefited from the financial advice.

The winner may be featured on our website. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner provide the Promoter with any photographs, information and/or access to the redeemed prize / redemption of the prize for inclusion on our website or blog. Inclusion of any such feature (including but not limited to creative control and date of inclusion) will remain at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to use any content submitted by competition entrants, and by submitting such content entrants agree to transfer all copyright and IP rights to the Promoter (or its nominee) for the submitted content.
By entering the competition and providing an email address, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and where an entrant has opted to receive news and updates from the Promoter, consents to the receipt of emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events, and to promote third party goods and services the Promoter considers an entrant may be interested in.
