Acceptance by you
1. The Win a Bugaboo Moore Park Competition (“the competition”) is provided by Toys”R”Us (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 77 057 455 026 of Block G Commercial Drive, 391 Park Road, Regents Park NSW 2143 Australia (“the Promoter”).
2. These terms and conditions (including without limitation the information on how to enter and prize details which we publish in relation to the competition) apply to the competition. By entering the competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS YOU MUST NOT ENTER THE COMPETITION.
Entering the competition
3. (a) Entry is open to Australian residents who enter the Win a Bugaboo Moore Park competition via an entry pad in the Toys”R”Us Moore Park store during the Promotional Period. All entries will be automatically subscribed to the Toys”R”Us VIP email database. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, Salmat IDR Pty Limited and its agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter the competition. (b) The competition will be advertised in store at Toys”R”Us Moore Park and online at
http://www.toysrus.com.au. If you are aged under 18 years, you must seek the consent of your parent or legal guardian before entering this competition. (c) To enter the competition, you must do the following: I. Visit the Toys”R”Us Moore Park store at Shop 1C the Retail Supa Centre, Todman Avenue, Kensington, NSW 2033 and complete a competition entry form, and drop it in the entry box. This entitles you to one entry into the competition.
4. There is no cost to enter the competition via the entry form.
5. The competition commences on Wednesday, 26 October 2011 at 10:00 Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT) and closes on Wednesday, 30 November 2011 at 23:59 (AEDT) (“Promotional Period”).
6. Each person may enter the Win a Bugaboo Moore Park competition once only via the in store entry form mechanic.
Prize and winners
7. Major Prize includes: I. one (1) Bugaboo Cameleon Bundle in Black & Silver (value $1,699.99) II. one (1) Bugaboo Cameleon Parasol (value $79.99) III. one (1) Generic Seat Liner Black (value $84.99); and IV. one (1) Bugaboo Sunshade (value $43.99). There is a total of one (1) major prize to be won, with a total prize value of $1,908.96.
8. There will be one (1) Bugaboo major prize pack with the four (4) items described in clause 7 to be won by one (1) single and unique Entrant to the competition.
9. Total prize value is $1,908.96 (including GST).
10. The prize draw will take place at the end of the Promotional Period on Thursday, 15 December 2011 at Salmat IDR Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, at 10:00 (10am) (AEDT). The first valid registration drawn will be allocated to the Major Prize winner.
11. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter will contact all prize winners via telephone on the day of the draw and mail within 2 business days of them winning their prize to confirm their address details. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
12. The winner will have their details published in the Public Notice section of The Australian newspaper on the Thursday, 22 December 2011 and on the website
http://www.toysrus.com.au.
13. If any prizes remain unclaimed by 17:00 (AEDT) on Thursday 15 March 2012, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at Salmat IDR Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on Friday, 16 March 2012 at 10:00 (10am) (AEDT) to award the unclaimed prizes, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified via telephone and in writing and have their details published in The Australian on Thursday, 22 March 2012 and published on the website
http://www.toysrus.com.au within five days (5) of being drawn.
14. We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
15. As a result of you entering the competition, we will collect certain personal information about you, such as your email address and mobile telephone number. Unless you object, this information may be used to: I. send you news, information about our other promotions or products and/or general marketing material which we believe may be of interest to you; II. provide you with news, information and material in relation to the competition; III. monitor who is entering the competition; IV. profile Entrants. We may share your personal information for any purpose incidental to your entering into and our operation of the competition. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to receive further information from us delivered via email to the email address you registered when entering the competition. If you wish to stop receiving this information, you may unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe facility on each email communication we send you. We collect your information so that you can participate in the competition. If you do not give us the information, you cannot participate. We may use this information for the purposes of the conduct of the competition and the compilation of survey results and evidence. We may disclose this information to third parties who provide us with administrative services. This information will be stored at the office of the promoter. 16. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us as to its subject matter. By entering the competition, you accept that this agreement is to be interpreted, and any disputes are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in New South Wales and Australia, in accordance with the laws in force in New South Wales and Australia from time to time.
