Terms and Conditions

1.    Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.

2.    To enter you must complete the entry form by midnight, on the last night of each month.

3.    Subject to clause 13, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when claiming and collecting their prize. Photo identification may be required upon collection of the prize.

4.    The draw, to select five prize winners at 10am on the first Monday of each month in  2011. The winners will be notified by mail. 

5.    The  prize consists of five pre-selected Sony Music cd/dvd titles valued at $150.00. Total prize pool valued at $750.00

6.    The winners will be notified by mail.

7.    It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to have their photograph taken and name and suburb published for publicity purposes if required. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions.

8.    The prizes must be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prize titles may change at any time during the monthly competition.

9.    Estimated prize value may fluctuate slightly. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. All prize values are in Australian dollars.

10.    Prizes may be subject to further conditions as determined by the provider and the winner must agree to these conditions upon accepting the prize.
